2star review December 2022: Bad experience in last 3 delivery orders. Experienced Inconsistency in quantity and quality, received incorrect items, became fool with deceptive description of buy one get one items. I would not have ordered Butter chicken with Buy one Get one offer if I knew I was buying one chicken leg to get one back piece Free(!!!), total 2pieces, in a pool of gravy! Not worthy of the price at all. To add more, they sent something else instead of Old Delhi Biriyani with a Sorry note! I would rather be happy if they cancelled the order or called me to know if I would prefer it. Frustrated and going to stop ordering from TBC for a while.

5 star review -September 2022: Ordered Butter chicken Combo and Fish Pakora (Fried fish) with Uber BOGO offer. We liked the Butter chicken for it was properly spicy and didn't taste bland at all. But disappointed to find Only 4 small chicken pieces served with a bowl of rice and gravy. To me, Chicken quantity was not enough compared to the rice portion and price of the dish. I recently had ordered from this restaurant seeing that it appeared to have impressive ratings, but my experience was far from satisfactory. Upon closer inspection, it seems that the 5-star reviews are from employees, while genuine customers have given the place 1 to 3 stars. This is a clear misrepresentation of the restaurant's quality and can be considered a scam.

I was extremely disappointed with the chicken curry that I ordered. At a hefty price of $15, I was appalled to find just one piece of chicken in the dish. To make matters worse, the chicken was of poor quality - it tasted like a frozen, real Canadian organic chicken that had not been cooked properly. The overall experience left a bad taste in my mouth, both literally and figuratively.

This place is a disgrace to the the Indian cuisine I would say. We ordered 4 Hyderabadi biryanis, a veg biryani and paneer butter masala. For starters they didn’t take the order properly and skipped our veg biryani and secondly they gave some soya chunks masala instead of paneer curry.

I’ve never seen a Hyderabadi biryani with raisins and almonds( it didn’t even taste like Afghan rice). On top of that there’s no taste to any of the dishes. The manager over there told us that it is a “No chef” restaurant and named it “ The biryani Chef”. Perhaps they need a chef. When you can’t even make a normal Hyderabadi biryani then either change the name or just don’t make it at all. It just hurts me as a Hyderabadi and a foodie to eat such bland coloured rice.
