Ordered 5 Chole Bhatture from them yesterday. When we got home found only 4 packed. Called them, to let them know. The person who answered was super rude and said "It wasn't my fault it was the kitchen's fault." I had to argue with her that its a business you can't blame each other, you have to be accountable. After much back and forth, we were offered no apology but said u have a credit sitting. I asked for some sort of a written proof of credit, a text or something. To that there was no response. We were just told, its there. You have to believe me. I asked for a manager, she said the manager is Jiwan and would call back but never heard back. So today, since my husband was going to be in the area, we ordered again to use our credit . When I called I explained the whole situation from yesterday and the girl on the other side just said okay. When my husband got there to pick up our food (not chole Bhatture) she asked for the full amount and gave us a plate of Chole Bhatture that we never ordered, and said this is what was missing and is all we will get back not the money we paid. What AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏Rather then apologizing for a mistake made on your end, this how is your customers are treated with an attitude of take it or leave it. I wish it could give u a ZERO star. You will definitely not be getting...
Read moreYesterday, I went to a restaurant Punjabi cuisine parlour. There, I ordered samosas, and when I brought them home, I noticed they smelled really bad, were extremely messy, and were undercooked, with doughy insides. When I complained the next morning, they claimed that the samosas were fresh. Later, they offered me a replacement, and I agreed to get more. But when I went to pick them up at night, they said they would prepare them, and then they told me that the samosas I had taken earlier were spoiled. First, they said they were fresh, and then they admitted that they were spoiled. How can fresh samosas become spoiled🤮🤮, right? After waiting for an hour, they then said that they hadn’t actually prepared any samosas that day, so there were none available and I’d have to choose something else, with extra charges involved. The staff were lying, the food was terrible, the service was awful, and I would never recommend anyone order from there. There’s a huge mess, no cleanliness, and poor staff behavior. When I showed them the reviews, they just apologized, but that doesn’t change the fact that all my money was wasted. The girl was lying, and I would strongly advise never to order food...
Read moreDO NOT GO. STARVE. This place will treat you worse than a beggar. This is a highly unprofessional place. The staff here doesn’t really care about customer service or experience. The place is unclean. I walked in and placed an order for 12 samosa only to know later that a customer before me had been waiting for 30 mins for their order of 4 samosas. The staff takes the order and vanishes in the back and doesn’t return even after ringing the bell several times. It took my order 30 mins to be ready for pickup. Now mind you I placed an order for 12 samosas and when the staff packed chutney on side she put 3 servings. No these weren’t the big ones these are the same ones as you get for a single samosa. When I asked can you add more she gave me 2 more, I had to ask again for more she added 2 more. After several iterations of this I ended up with 12 samosas...
