Pizza is decent at best. If you want pure veggie pizza, go to Delta Pizza down the road, it maybe lil extra couple dollars, but well worth it great taste, and the way they speak to you as if youre actually a human being. Those in the comments talking about customer service being bad, they are not kidding, one of the worst even by "Punjabi standards", I have lost all hope in our community here giving customer service, I rarely come across good service from a punjabi place, but this one is one of the worst. God forbid they get your order wrong. Not only will they not be sorry, they tell you its your fault. I dont know what lady or owner I came across dealing with her on phone not once did she say she could have made a mistake but blamed me instead. This had happened twice in past where I have in punjabi specifically told them to not put Ginger on my pizza and here it was again for the 3rd time.. I dont know how else to explain it to these thick skulled idiots working there, no means no, pretty straight forward. I dont complain, I just went with it in past, mistakes happen but again and again thats just stupidity now. Then the nerve of the lady on the phone to tell me I placed the order wrong, saying "she repeats the order back to the customer 2 to 3 times incase the Customer makes a Mistake in placing the order", not that she could have been wrong in taking the order, so again no apology but rather instead make you feel like you are wrong. Definetly would suggest spending your money elsewhere for much better food and service. 99% of the time the customer is complaining for a valid reason. I didnt even want nor asked for a free pizza I would be content had she just said sorry mistake happened we will definetly be more careful in future but nope she was going on and on about how she was right and you(me) the customer was dumb and didnt know how to place an order, because telling them No to certain toppings on a pizza is out of their comprehension and I dont know how to make it any clearer than that for them. Now I know what the others who talked about bad customer service truly meant. Hope they change their attitude, because no matter that they have came to this country from their backward pind, their mentality and akal is still backwards for...

Our order consisted of three veggie pizzas and one cheese pizza, with a specific request for them not to be too spicy. Regrettably, all the pizzas we received had an excessive amount of chili flakes sprinkled on them, making them unbearably spicy. We had clearly communicated our preference, and it is disappointing that our request was not taken into account.

During a phone conversation with one of your staff members, we were informed that we should have chosen the hot, medium, and mild spice levels. However, there was no option to make such a selection on your website when we placed the order. This lack of clarity and transparency regarding the available options added to our frustration.

Given the above, I regret to inform you that we will not be returning to your establishment for future orders, and we will not recommend your pizza place to friends and family. We believe that customer satisfaction is of utmost importance in the food service industry, and our recent experience falls short of that expectation.

The pizzas delivered to me were in a very bad shape. I ordered two pizzas, one no cheese Vege garden pizza and one paneer pizza, both medium sized. But both pizzas were crushed to one side as if not handled carefully. When I showed the driver he gave a two dollar discount saying this happens with no cheese pizza but what about the other normal pizza that also got crushed.

When I called the restaurant to give feedback I was told very rudely by the lady I spoke to that they would replace only the no cheese one if I personally come down within 10 mins. Ridiculous!!!

I told them I don’t need the replacement I just called to give feedback.

If this is the level of service quality that this restaurent adheres to than it won’t take long for this place to shutdown soon like all the other bad pizza outlets that have disappeared into obscurity or barely make business.

Please figure out how to improve your service quality to ensure survival in this highly competitive market. It is a suggestion and up to you to take it or leave it. You might not have as patient a customer as...
