Every single visit to this location has been absolutely ridiculous. There are lines out the door and when I do get to the front to order in the mornings, I am often told that the things I am trying to order are not available. This is a frequent occurrence. Today really boiled my blood. I stood in line for about ten minutes waiting for someone to take my order, and I stepped up to one of the open tills where I proceeded to be ignored for a few minutes; however all of the employees made eye contact with me at least once. While I understand them being busy with rushes, It was absolutely unacceptable for one employee to look at me twice, move to the till next to me, and call the people behind me over. When I called her out on this action, she told me that she "did not see me" and had nothing to say when I brought up the fact that she faced me, and looked directly at me at least twice. Another employee burnt herself on the industrial oven used for the pizzas (which can very well cause first and/or second degree burns) and I watched as one of the other employees told her that she would be fine despite her forearm already being very visibly red after just 15 seconds. The protocol should have been that she stop what she was doing and receive first aid immediately. I was in shock watching that all go down as I have been taught basic first aid in workplaces. I would also like to note that all of this treatment happens to myself - a 19 year old, while my 75yo grandmother who is usually with me gets treated decently and tended to immediately. Read moreWent to get two jalapeno bagels and some timbits.. first i went to counter to order and a girl started to take my order and with 2 seconds she started talking to a guy standing beside the counter outside (waiting for his tea or something) and didn’t say anything to me excuse me or i wll b with u soon she just left counter empty .. i was looking at doughnut case and speaking without knowing that she was there.. finally other girl came to take my order and i told her my bagels one regular jalapeno BLT with a chipotle sauce.. second on jalapeno BLT with egg and bacon with chipotle sauce.. so everything is done added some timbits and I paid for whole order and after a little while she came back and told me that they don’t have eggs.. I was like hmmmm… what should i do ?? Then i told her just give me JALAPENO BLT with chipotle sauce and bacon only… so I got the order and came home and I opened the bagel supposed to b with egg has only bagel + letus and bacon in it NO sauce no tomato in it all dry.. first thing you changed me for egg and bacon and sauce and everything but giving me dry bagel … please learn customer service… don’t want to show cheapness about $2 but u new kids need to learn customer service.. management please make sure ur customers getting served right.. manager of the store please reply back and leave ur phone on the comments i will b happy to talk...
Read moreI have been going to this store more that 14 years now (almost every day) and mainly using the mobile since they started the mobile order.
Past few weeks noticing that staff are not paying attention to the mobile orders and waiting there for 15 to 20 minutes, after receiving the order/store confirmation from my mobile (I can see the time it ordered on the receipt). What I noticed is that they give priority to the in-store line orders and NOT at all considering queue as first-in-first-out. I can 100% certain that people get served after they place the order in-store while I was waiting in, which I ordered way before. Usually I take medium black coffee, it doesn't take that much time compared to other food/beverages.
I politely told them few times and no use. Recently I had to strongly tell them as I did not have any other choice, but no use at all. They are not taking the matter seriously and simply say sorry all the time. Many times I had to miss the public transit in the morning to work (rest I do not need to explain and rest is getting late to work/hectic). I always gave enough time in my mobile to order, which is well enough for me to reach the store
