We’ve visited this restaurant many times and usually had a great experience—especially with the male server, who is always friendly, attentive, and professional. However, every time we are served by the female staff member, we leave feeling frustrated and disappointed.
There have been repeated issues with pricing and inconsistent explanations. On a previous visit, I ordered two kids’ meals with chocolate milk. I was surprised to be charged for one milk, since drinks had always been included. The female server said drinks were not part of the kids' meal, but she was only charging me for one “as a favor.” She also explained that chocolate milk is refillable if paid for separately.
So today, I was careful with our order. We got one kids’ meal and two chocolate milks. I expected to be charged for the extra milk, and I also expected that it could be refilled, based on her previous explanation. But this time, she served both milks only half full, saying it was because “kids’ size is small.” That has never happened before—we’ve always received full cups, and my kids never needed a refill.
After my son finished his half full drink, we requested a refill. At checkout, we were charged $3.50 for the chocolate milk, plus an extra fee (around $2.50) labeled “kid juice refill,” which was never mentioned or shown on the menu. To make things worse, the kids’ meal was charged at $10.99, even though the price on kid’s menu is around $6.49. When questioned, she said the system charged for $10.99—but made no effort to honor the menu price.
I want to be clear: I have no issue paying for what we order. But I do expect consistent, honest service. I based my order on what she told me last time, only to be charged extra again, with vague and changing explanations.
Sadly, after experiencing this kind of behavior more than once, I’ve decided I won’t be returning. If a business tries to make a few extra dollars by cutting corners or confusing customers, they may end up losing loyal...

Had a quick breakfast here in April and was disappointed with the walking up to the restaurant. Garbage every where, and then walking inside, the restaurant floor was messy all over the place!
Only three tables were being used including my own, and the floor had food scraps as well as other garbage all over even where no one was near. The tables seemed clean as well as the seats, but every thing else screamed how it is uninviting! Even the washroom (men's) was disastrous! Overflowing garbage can, dirty toilet seat, stains on the walls, sink with hair in it... just disgusting!
