Wendy's — Restaurant in The Meadows

This is my go to Wendy's since I'm working night shift. I was satisfied with the way, the staff handled and served my order at the drive thru. It was Friday August 8, 2025 at 10pm the Lady manager even ask me how's my day? simple gesture and greetings can change the mood of a person. She look tired and exhausted but managed to ask the customer how's your day. I didn't pay for the bag, but due to her courtesy she placed my order in a small bag. The food was great, the nuggets and fries was hot and fresh. I never got a chance to ask her name, but I am happy and satisfied with the way she handled the services. POOR CUSTOMER AWARENESS // UNPROFESSIONAL // LONG WAIT TIME

I came to this location for a quick lunch I ordered an apple salad with a baked potato. I paied and ordered off of the kiosk and followed the instructions to pick up my order at the front desk.

I saw my order number on the screen above so I waited about 10 minutes for my food however soon after my order number was removed from the queue screen and that is when I noticed customers started receiving their food.

When I brought the problem to their attention, they seemed confused and asked me "whats your order? and "did you pay" " and "when did you pay?"

To be on the safe side, don’t go for dine in before 8am. 3rd time we were there, this time was 7:45am, inside lights on, but their door wasn’t opened. Can’t see any staff inside through the windows. Their door sign indicates open at 7:30am. We drove through the drive through, a lady came on the intercom and said she just opened the door. When we were inside, we asked both staffs behind the counter what time actually their dine in opened?
