A&W Canada — Restaurant in Thompson

We have been coming to A&W every single Saturday for almost a year now. Over that time the service and atmosphere has gotten increasingly worse. First the food took forever, then service started to wane over the last few months. Cashiers and workers could not handle the simplest of questions. They would let the homeless come in and bother customers. Last week it was sub zero temperatures outside but the heat was not even on inside!! When I mentioned this to the worker they just mumbled something in another language and didn't seem to care at all. I had an infant and there wasn't any heat! This morning they told us that there was not even any food to serve.

Ordered from Skip, when I came to pick up my order (it notified me that it was ready) it was NOT even ready at all. I had to wait there, no apologies were made, did not even say the reason why it was delayed and when it was done they also did NOT tell me that it was already ready and I was already standing there for so long and was not even acknowledged. The manager krik has no sense how to talk to customers, I ask for extra gravy and he said I have to pay for it and I told him I never had to pay before all sudden he open the zipper of his jacket and start showing me his name plate ( krik manager) that's kind of an act of stupidity.
