Subway — Restaurant in Thompson

Went to Subway today for supper and ordered my usual and as I get to the sneeze guard window that looks down on all our food I noticed that the chicken and the steak are no longer in those really nice packets instead they have these spoons so now instead of getting a measured amount you're getting what they think you should and I watched him scoop up my steak and then empty scoop out half of it with his other hand and it put it on my cell but I don't do that he's like don't do that not make a scene because there's a whole bunch of people so here's what I'm saying people you are not going to get what you pay for now they're going to get what you think you should get and it's kind of sad because I like Subway and when I order double steak and cheese I always got double meat double cheese and tonight I ordered exactly the same thing and I got half the amount of steak I usually get because every time he would take a scoop he would scoop out half of it so the sub was okay but the service sucked and the fact that they're taking away those little measurement things really sucks now you're not even getting a proper measurement I'm not being cranky and I'm not being spiteful and just...

This is a great subway, with great service, it's clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful. However, they frequently "unofficially" close before 11pm, sometimes as early as 10:15pm I've walked in to see all the vegetables and meats put away and am told by staff "our toaster is not working so we're closed", or "the microwave is broken" or my personal favorite "none of the machines are working this evening" pretty disappointing. But they sure make a great sandwich when they aren't trying to sneak away before...

Terrible service. They didn’t speak much English so it was very hard to communicate with them. They were out of lettuce, soup and Italian bread. The guy kept walking away and doing other things while I was trying to tell him what I wanted. Numerous people walked out because it took them forever to do anything. Worst service ever.
