We had the tasting menu. The Risotto ball was well done with a nice tomato sauce, the soup was excellent and the caesar salad was fresh, with just the right amount of dressing and cheese. All the portions were just the right size so that you'd be able to enjoy your entree. The mains were either a chicken parmigiana or an eggplant version. We had one of each and they were very good. They came with either a marinara or white sauce and both were excellent. Neither sauce was overpowering or cloying and accentuated the dish being served. This is one of the best meals we've had in the city and we've eaten pretty much at all the better establishments. We particularly liked that the music was appropriate to the environment, and at a volume where you could actually hear your dinner companions. What a pleasant change! There are restaurants we avoid just for that reason. Our waitress was friendly and attentive and made the experience more enjoyable.
