Gino's Pizza — Restaurant in Tillsonburg

Umm there's tomato sauce on my spinach pizza... It's supposed to be garlic spread, spinach, cheddar, feta, and mozzarella....I did not order tomato sauce on this pizza!! Where are the pepperoni and green peppers on the other pizza....I think I counted 6 tiny pieces of green pepper and I know some people like the pepperoni under the cheese but I don't... That's why I order from Gino's pizza (the pepperoni is always on top of the cheese!!)!! ...And one of the panzerotti's is wrong as well ...I did not choose regular tomato sauce...I chose garlic spread! Now my son and I have to wait to eat as we both have a tomato allergy!! I'm sorry but your manager at the Tillsonburg location tries to tell me that garlic spread is mixed with tomato sauce?!? It's funny because I've been ordering from Gino's a very long time and garlic spread is a totally separate item (used on the spinach delight pizza!)!! It's not hard to follow my order...I placed it online! These $10 credits are not enough.... Every time I've ordered over the last year there's been mistakes...I think it's time I take my business elsewhere... I'm tired of having to wait for my order to be corrected when it should be done right...

Pizza has made the wife's stomach hurt, so she tried ginos gluten free to see if it would help. Well let me tell you, if you want flavorless cardboard, this is the pizza for you! The cardboard molded right into the toppings, and the taste of cardboard infused cheese with onions.. you just can't compare it to anything else. One single bite of this delectable pulp wood and you just can't put it down. Your throat, I mean. She was gagging in what seemed to be total awe as the explosions flavor in her mouth met with the soggy yet some how try gluten free crust. Apparently gluten is essential in pizza for not just flavor, but also structural integrity. I had a regular Canadian, it was amazing. 10/10 would recommend. Just get it...

BE CAUTIOUS!!! They do not care about any one's allergies. I placed an order over phone and made a special request to use a clean cutteras I have meat allergy. When I reached there to pick up my order, I saw the only person working there using a cutter which was not clean. On reminding him about the special request, he acted like as if I asked him his kidney. He replied that it doesn't matter because at the back everything is contaminated. He was so rude. On asking him his name, he said its confidential 🤣.

I dont how seriously they take these google reviews but if they do, I request the manager to please put some sense in your employees and atleast be considerate about...
