Ajwa Pizza n Grill — Restaurant in Toronto

I usually do not give any restaurant bad rating. I either do not give rating or give good rating. This is for the first time I am giving such rating. My friend recommended me this place. I went there with family all the way from Brampton. I was with my brother's family. We had a kid with us too. We reached there at 9:35 pm. Our order got ready at almost 10pm or few minutes before that. But we came to know that although this restaurant's opening time is until 11 pm but their dine-in closes at 10 pm. They asked us not to dine-in and leave. We did not have any other place to sit other than eating in our car or taking pizza to Brampton and eat there which was more than 50km from there. It was 7°C outside so sitting somewhere out was not an option. We agreed to leave but one thing which really compelled me to give 2 star review is that one of the employees' friends were sitting there. Their order got ready at 9:55 pm. But since they were that employees friends so they sat there and ate their pizza while that same employee asked us to leave. Also, I would say if you are planning to travel from Mississauga, Brampton to this place, I would say that travel is not worth it because you can find far more better and tasty pizzas in Brampton, Mississauga. I usually try "Karachi Pizza" from Mississauga and it is far better than Ajwa pizza, but a bit expensive than Ajwa pizza. I am not advertising Karachi pizza, but giving you guys only...

I had a disappointing experience at Ajwa Pizza on January 14th. I placed an order for wings and was told it would take 30 minutes. When I arrived after 35 minutes, my order hadn’t even been started. Despite my patience and the fact that we had been regular customers for a year, I ended up waiting another 35 minutes.

During this time, I noticed another customer was also frustrated about their delayed order. Meanwhile, the staff behind the counter seemed more focused on chatting among themselves than attending to customers. When I inquired again about my order, I was ignored, and I overheard an inappropriate comment directed at me.

When my food was finally ready, I asked to speak with the manager or owner, but the staff responded dismissively. I mentioned that I would leave a review based on my experience, and to my shock, one of the employees took the food back and refused to complete the transaction. This behaviour was incredibly unprofessional especially with a female and I left without my order.

Unfortunately, after this experience, I’ve decided not to return. I’ve since found another great spot at 62 Overlea Blvd and will be taking my business there. I hope Ajwa Pizza improves its customer service and professionalism...

They have indeed the Best PIZZA Ever!!!Their pizza is freshly made and extremely tasty. I’ve ordered many times (all their different pizza’s) the consistency and quality of pizza is amazing! The staff are so friendly and nice to me (Especially Ajmal Saab and all his staffs are very friendly and good people). Very excellent customer service! Also, they are all very professional to assist customers to get the best choices. I would highly highly recommend anyone to try it.

Really well priced. The sauce tastes really good (hand made maybe), so much better then others- The crust is nice and fresh, very soft and crisp. High quality food, all toppings taste very fresh & tasting superb on top of it all. The crust is nice and golden with a thin lip edge and gives you that crunch you want with pizza dough without being very fluffy or thick.

Their wings are very delicious, they really make great wings (especially with homemade sauce)- can’t go wrong with it. The wings here are absolutely amazing and the portions are pretty good. Whenever I'm starving and I'm in the area, I in addition with pizza order wings always 😋 , it’s one is one of my best go to. I would recommend. All their menu is amazing.
