I never do bad reviews for anyone but this guy push me to do that. I have to choose star that’s why I am choosing one, otherwise they do not prefer even half star. The way they are offering customers service it’s garbage. I ordered from Uber and I made a request for put sauces on side instead of into the bowl as it makes very soggy. But then they send me the notification to cancel my order so I called them. I don’t know who is spoke with but he was a guy with very rude tone, and told me with very bad attitude that, “I can’t give you as it cost more and I can’t provide you 3 scoop of guacamole on side as it cost more and so on. But I never asked him for more stuff, I only asked whatever is included in the price. His tone was like he is giving the food in charity, he said that, “I am already giving you the sour cream on side.” Which is already comes with the bowl, he is not giving anything for free. Still after getting this type of service I said , “Thanks for your help”. But he hung up the phone very aggressively. He should learn how to talk with customers. If this service is continuing then no one...

So we happen to try this place by chance (meaning my cousin and I) wanted to have an early dinner and saw it on our way walking back to Yorkdale Mall. And I am glad we tried it for the food was very delicious. I got the Small Pull Pork Burrito Bowl with everything on it and she got the Plant-based Quesadilla. As we were sitting down eating we both were raving about how tasty the food is and how much we are enjoying it. The food was so good that we decided to order two more Quesadillas one being plant-based meat for her and a pull pork quesadilla for myself, and it was just as good as the first bite we took. The staff was very happy that we enjoyed our meals and was very accommodating to us from the time we walked into the time we said our goodbyes. I am a frequent client and have ordered on ubereats too. My bowls have always been filled with extra lettuce and tomatoe due to not having rice..or asking for a tiny bit. My instructions have been followed to a tee!! Tonight was the exception...got bowls half filled and not even the pickled jalapeños I asked for. The second bowl had no jalapeño either and had 2 pieces of tomatoe!! And I asked for extra lettuce and tomatoes!! I called the restaurant even thought I had to form the complaint with ubereats. The staff member was so rude and said that is how it is made. I wouldn't have complained if the other bowls I have ordered had the same consistency. I have worked in the service industry all my life...where the moto is the customer is always right! I have never been treated like that by anyone in that dufferin store before. He needs some training on how he talks...
