SOUPERLICIOUS PLUS This joint is absolutely awesome and the atmosphere is enigmatic. I enjoy the soups and porridges. I call it Souperlicious plus, because they have food as well. There presence in the Yorkdale area is a much needed addition, and a welcome to the other restaurants in the area. The portions that they serve is worth the price paid, and the Loyalty program keeps you coming back. The two for one deal in the evening is amazing because we can all appreciate the extra value for our dough in the evening. Customer service is on point; you're warmly greeted upon entering by the infectious smile of the ladies Sharma, Sharm and Carol. Though relatively new to the area, it's great to see it buzzing with business. The music is another plus, giving you that island vibe. A variety of Food, and music is a great combination. The washroom is clean and comfy. Great atmosphere. Go experience it for yourself. Tell them Staples send you. Enjoy a patty, festival, fried dumpling, island cuisine, soups and porridge. Go. Go. Go. First time i went and had horrible service i gave them the benefit of the doubt but second time and i experienced the same rude and disrespectful customer service from the older lady with the glasses. and ofcourse it's only 3:30pm, the store closes at 8:00pm and they are already sold out of multiple items. you would think the preparation would be much better for such a high traffic area around yorkdale. i will not be coming back after the service i received today, that lady has an attitude and needs to remember she is at her place of work. the funniest part about this is that she wasn't even the lady who served me. i was standing at check out waiting for my food and the lady with the glasses kept saying who's next who's next while im standing at the register not at the food station. so ofcourse i wouldn't say in next if i was already served waiting to pay. a gentlemen said she's next "me" she looked at me with a dirty look and said "i keep saying next and she don't answer" and walked away. extremely unprofessional...

Customer service is great! The soups and porridges are always consistent with taste. I’ve never bought food from any location, so today I bought rice and peas with Jerk chicken, I was honestly not impressed . There was no taste to the food. The rice was not Shelly it was to soft. I asked for oxtail gravy there was no taste at all. The Jerk chicken needs to be more authentic, it’s seasoned which is good, but don’t have that real jerk taste to it.

I will still go there to buy my soups but I don’t know if I’ll try the food again. Good is to expensive to be disappointed and you have to throw it out. But if you love soup and porridge then you’d in the right place and oh the Patties are also tasty .
