Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Toronto

I had a very disappointing experience at your Baskin Robbins location at Pickle Barrel Plaza, 5925 Leslie St, Willowdale, ON M2H 1J8 . on Sunday, April 14th, 2024 around 7:00 pm. The employee working there was unfriendly and unhelpful. When I requested hand sanitizer, he claimed they had none. Then, he made my smoothie incredibly slow and used a cup that looked unclean !?!?!?! I was complete shocked ! Finally, after my friendly request, he gave me a napkin from a package out of customer reach, using their bare hands and touching the napkin itself. Due to this unsanitary experience, I will not be returning to this...

just been there the two Asian girls who were working were really rude and knew nothing about hospitality and were overcharging me for tub of ice cream i would have not come here cause the one near my place didn't have my flavor and they didn't wanted to make a smoothie for me after many pleas they did with eyes rolled and a rude sigh they need to train them again not a happy camper first and last time coming here just happy its not my local BR if u dont like working dont work!!!! remember a positive attitude...

I visited this Leslie location and was appalled at the tiny portions the miserable girl gave. It was a sad excuse for a sundae that nearly cost 10$. Was she that desperate to make money by adding a 5 cent splash of whipped cream and using a toy spoon fit for a toddler’s toy to pour a spoonful of syrup? I should have bought a tub of Haagen Daaz for 1/2 that price at Galati’s next door. Do yourself a favour and stay away from this location!! This is a bad image for Baskin-Robbins. You should be ashamed...
