I always go here if I need a quick bite before work. After a few visits, I realized that a lot of employees like to take their time preparing the subs, which is only acceptable if they give generous amounts of veggies, which they usually don't. I would've rated them 3/5 but I feel like I need to write a review from my last visit. The reason why I rate this location's subway so low now is because of sanitary reasons. I went to buy the sub of the day, and while I was waiting in line, I could clearly see a female employee sitting on the table with her legs crossed in the storage room. It was only ridiculous because she did not have shoes on, and was literally peeling skin off her feet while flipping through her phone. After I ordered, more people came in. So she gets off the table (still no shoes), walked out of the storage room, and resumes her duties as a subway employee. She puts on a new pair of kitchen gloves without washing her hands and then proceeds to put turkey on my sub. It was so disgusting. I also got small veggie proportions again. I brought the sub to work, and just thought about that employee's feet the entire night - whether I should eat the sub or not. I got the sub around 5:30pm and I still have it with me now (1:00am) as I'm typing up this review. Just wasn't feeling hungry tonight. I finally decided to throw out the sub. No one should have to think about a person's hygiene while they eat. I'm not going to call or notify the restaurant, but I am going to write this review to share my experience. To clarify, it was not a bad experience in terms of attitude or customer service, but it was a bad experience in terms of health and safety concerns. Makes me question what happens in the storage area. I'd also like to not recommend the chicken noodle soup, which seems to be the main soup for several days in a row. I ordered my sandwich through the app and wrote down special instructions: "Please cut and wrap into two separate pieces" and another dietary instruction. I gave extra tips for a take-out order because I had special instructions, and wish I could take it back and give NO TIP. (Which the tipping system doesn't make sense in the first place... how could I know how much to tip when I haven't been served yet?)
The first time, they were able to follow the wrapping instruction but not my dietary instruction, and missed some ingredients I ordered. 3 out of 6 cookies are crumbled.
The second time, none of my special instructions were followed with missing ingredients. I wasn't expecting they didn't follow the common, simple wrapping instructions, so when I took my sandwich out of the paper bag I wasn't expecting the need to support a footlong sub all wrapped together and ended up spilling half of my meal to the ground in my office!! So embarrassing!!!! Lettuce and tomato and all kinds of things that aren't easy to clean up! Plus now gone my meal. Luckily it's in the pantry (cause I wanted to heat it up again). If it was spilt on my cubicle's carpet...
I would have given them no star if allowed, and gave 2 only because at least the servers were polite and nice when I went to pick the orders...

From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and was quick to assist. She was very knowledgeable about the menu and helped me choose the perfect sandwich by offering great suggestions and asking if I wanted to customize anything.
Throughout the process, kritika was not only efficient but also made sure every ingredient was fresh and neatly arranged. Her positive attitude made the visit enjoyable, and she even went the extra mile to ask if I needed any extra napkins or sauces, which I really appreciated.
