Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Toronto

Edit: recently renovated with more places to sit. Looks great. Sadly no staff improvement. Still always dirty. Staff are friendly, but lack urgency, and give off the "I'd rather be anywhere else vibe." By the way that they act, and how they don't take care of the place. Every table is dirty or stained, every bench is full of crumbs. Even where you go and pick up your order is dirty with leftover paper straw covers and napkins.

As for the customer support team responding to my review. Everything you need to know can be found just by walking into this location for 10 minutes. Just send your district managers in and just have them watch operations for a day. This place needs a new manager and a whole new team. I visit other locations that are absolutely stellar. You can do better here.

The atmosphere got a bump up, but I lowered my overall rating for the rest of this update.

Original review: Very small location. Always busy. Hard to get a seat to enjoy your food or drink. Always very messy for some reason. They need someone going around cleaning up after people. The staff are friendly. Food is classic mid level quality that we know and accept...

So the girl on the counter was continuously on the phone and handling food without washing hands. Very bothered by customers. They close at 10 pm buy at 940 She turns off the lights when I was still sitting there having my coffee and a few customers were lined up. I approached her the reason of this early closure, she said that’s how they tell the customer to leave. Seriously? I complained and someone from the store got back to me via email saying the employee is question has been moved from evening shift and the store hours have been communicated with supervisors. That’s all? So now morning time customers will have to suffer her rude behaviour lol. And this is what exactly happened when just now Sunday morning she messed up my order. I took it back to the counter and said i didn’t order sugar in my coffee but it’s sweet. The same woman abruptly said NOOOOO!!!!! In normal world people say sorry let me fix your order (which actually the other girl did) So I wanna ask Tim Hortons Oakville to buckle up and look into the management of this location if you want us to keep giving you...

Alot of folks enjoy a Tim's any time of day. Let's say you are hungry or in need of a caffenated beverages on the way to work. Stop at Tim's. Perhaps you are a hard working trades person stepping out for a break. Go to Tim's. I'm sure many seniors and the young alike find Tim's an easy and predictable option for an affordable meal, or just to sit back and chill.

But..

do not go to the Tim Hortons in the Leaside Village Mall because you will experience non of the joys you have come to expect from Tim's elsewhere. Just sayin'. Poorly organized staff resulting in unnecessary waits for coffee and food. They, like so many other fast food shops, place the importance of Uber eats before the walk in customers. Imagine your disappointment, like mine when you find out that the one woman making food has 25 egg sandwiches to make for take away before she gets to yours. Over and over again. My coffee is cool before I leave the place. This location has at least 6 people behind the counter performing seemingly random tasks with one person making dozens of food orders. This location is...
