Bubble Tea on High Park — Restaurant in Toronto

This is the worse Kung fu tea place!! I am a royal customer of Kungfu tea. I like Most everything if Kungfu tea, their pearl are best in Toronto I think. So I usually order when I am craving or I see the sot But today I went here! I am very very very DISAPPOINTED ☹️ I order the Pearl milk tea, it takes like $1 drink but it charged $6.5 after tax. The pearls are so tough and don’t have any brown sugar taste, they are so worse than other locations! I feel like the store just steal the brand of Kungfu Tea but it is not real Kungfu tea! I won’t go there...

I was very excited to see a bubble tea place opened near my house and yesterday I give a try... First of all, I asked with no ice, the guy put ice and when I talked to the cashier, she told me that it’s to keep the milk cold. I didn’t complain because apparently he put less than usual... he measured the milk in the container, put in the cup and since was not enough to fill the cup, he completed the drink WITH WATER!!!!! 50 cent surcharge for debit or credit. No sign and they just tell you once you're about to tap. The place is also in an utter state of disarray I have no idea how they can present themselves like this to the customer. My overpriced mango black ice tea had no flavour other than that of extreme sugar. This place needs to turn itself completely around or shut down and make room for something else to better serve this neighbourhood. First and last time...
