Wish there is a negative 5 stars option!

Basically I bought a Groupon and went to this place on a Sunday. We were seated and presented with a menu. However, when we tried to order the items from the menu, none of them was available (we tried with 5 different items already). Then the waitress, who may also be the owner, told us that they were participating in the Bloor Festival today, so most of the regular menu items were not available, we could only order the food that they prepared as part of the festival. All these food items were put out in front of the restaurant on the street, they looked very un-fresh, and must be exposed to the heat for the entire day already. We also saw flies on some of the food. The waitress/owner told us alternatively, we could order the roasted duck and the Singapore style fried noodle, which were the only two items available on the menu. Although these were not the food that we wanted, I thought we could just order the roasted duck plus a small appetizer, so I asked if they had any appetizer that is about $5 to $6. She rudely responded "of course NO, are you kidding me?! We don't have anything that's $5". I asked so how about the stuffed eggplant, which they had on the menu for $5.99. She said "I told you already, these items on the menu are not available. But we have the eggplant and tofu skewer for $12 (which was one of the food items put outside of the restaurant.) These "street food" doesn't have a price list, so basically it's whatever price that they wanted to charge. The waitress/owner then turned around, speaking in Cantonese to another staff, saying that "Can you believe that?! These two people are so cheap! All they wanted are food for $5!"

Me and my friend both understand Cantonese and we felt this was extremely insulting, so we left the restaurant immediately.
