Burger King — Restaurant in Toronto

• DONT NO BUY FROM THIS LOCATION* Absolutely TERRIBLE service is unacceptable, and the owners need to take action immediately. It's unacceptable and unprofessional. I was told to park, and they were cooking the food fresh after sitting in my car for over 20 minutes watching them serve other customers. I went inside, inquiring about my food. They proceeded to serve me cold food and melted ice cream. UNACCEPTABLE: DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! POOR QUALITY FOOD AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. They need to close this location immediately. This location is a poor representation of Burger King overall.The managers are extremely unprofessional and useless, which is terrible.Spend your money at a place that actually cares about clients.This happened many times, but the last straw was Tuesday, March 17th, at 7 p.m. The managers on shift did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to help or resolve this; they shouldn't be allowed to run a company. I told the “white lady” to make my impossible whopper “off the broiler” and then proceeds to say “well-done” and she continued the order. After ordering when I asked “it’s well done right” she said no I never said that, straight up lying and later proceeds to say dump your drink …………….. being a regular customer this was the so far worst experience I ever had here, although past experience were already neutral to bad. And the smell of racism was all in her eyes. I’ve been working with Burger King as well but in a different branch and this is not the company standard tbh it’s below average. Imagine if I was the “Guest lens visit(ing)” how great the results would have been. I hope appropriate action would be taken but know this as well that nothings gonna happen…….standards at its lowest. At the front counter date December 18, 2024 Wednesday. Time...

If 0 star was an option this Burger King would be my first pick. One day I asked if the Mozzarella sticks were fried in a different fryer, with different oil( because of halal dietary restrictions) and they said “yeah”. I asked a different employee on a different day and they said no everything but the fries is fried in the same oil. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. Dear Burger King, your own employees don’t even know what’s what in your own franchise. Never trusting you guys again. How would you feel if someone was lying about how your food was made? Ridiculous. You guys have a mosque right beside you and I can’t even begin to imagine how many people your employees have lied to. If they didn’t know the answer to my question, they could have asked someone in authority like a supervisor or manager or any one that knew the answer . NOT MAKE UP...
