I told the “white lady” to make my impossible whopper “off the broiler” and then proceeds to say “well-done” and she continued the order. After ordering when I asked “it’s well done right” she said no I never said that, straight up lying and later proceeds to say dump your drink …………….. being a regular customer this was the so far worst experience I ever had here, although past experience were already neutral to bad. And the smell of racism was all in her eyes. I’ve been working with Burger King as well but in a different branch and this is not the company standard tbh it’s below average. Imagine if I was the “Guest lens visit(ing)” how great the results would have been. One day I asked if the Mozzarella sticks were fried in a different fryer, with different oil( because of halal dietary restrictions) and they said “yeah”. I asked a different employee on a different day and they said no everything but the fries is fried in the same oil. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. Dear Burger King, your own employees don’t even know what’s what in your own franchise. Never trusting you guys again. How would you feel if someone was lying about how your food was made?
