Before i start, KABAB AND NAAN is located right next to it better quality food for about 15$ go there and save your hard earned money. So here's what happened today when I was visiting this location for the very first time, I called in 3 times to place myself an order over the phone. Took the 3rd call before, I was answered, which is absolutely normal. Upon reaching I was asked to place a minimum order of more than 20$ which is unheard of. I could barely eat 15$ meals without wasting it. This is just a really cheap trick that this business is pulling for getting more money outta each customer. Becarefull to not fall for this, upon confronting about this issue. I was told to order through Uber and skip... well aware the prices aren't the same on it. Please your food is cheap is why people come. Utterly disappointed from the answer I was given to throw off the issue. This location closes at 12am as per their website. We went in 5 past 11pm as we were so hungry and just wanna sit and have something to fill our tummies. We patiently waited for our food and when the associate finds out we will be dining in, she then said dining in is closed at 11. I was like, come again? How come if you guys are open until midnight. She agreed for us to stay until 11:30pm. Then at 11:20pm she went outside the dining area and started cleaning the floor, sweeping those nasty leftovers dropped on the floor towards our direction. Very unsatisfactory for a new place. Ordered a 2 pcs combo and 3 pcs with white meat, waited for 15 mins for them to cook it since they dont really have white meat already done (which means they dont really give out white meat on combos until you ask for it). Then got home and find out they were all thighs and legs. So what was the wait for?Idk. Called the store, spoke to the manager and asked for refund instead, he said that he cannot issue a refund?
