At 11pm on December 10th, I went to buy coffee. I need to buy 17 cups of coffee to share with my colleagues. But the waiter told me that they no longer accept large orders at this time.
But I gave the handwritten order to the waitress and asked her to help me. I promised to buy coffee for my colleagues and I couldn’t break my promise! The waiter and production staff still smiled and rejected me, so I had to leave frustrated and anxious. Because I was going to be late.
Finally, I bought all the coffee I needed at another store nearby. That store also had only 2 employees, who were very friendly and brought the coffee quickly. Thanks to their help, I was able to buy coffee for my colleagues and not be late.
So, I hope that shop owners can see my experience, and I also hope that you can confirm with me, you open the store at 11 o‘clock at night, are you really unwilling to make more money and take big orders?
Is this what you asked for? If it is, I hope more people can see it. Try not to go to their store when buying a few more cups of coffee in the future, so that you won’t be rejected and make a wasted trip.
Let me share with you Tim Hortons, the man I bought coffee from:2825 Markham Rd &, McNicoll Ave, Toronto, ON M1B 2W1
Their parking is very convenient. I bought 17 kinds of drinks, including coffee, milk tea, and hot chocolate. It took less than 5 minutes from placing the order to it being delivered to me. I am not good at English, so these 5 minutes include my hard work in expressing the order and the time it took to make the food.
Therefore, I hope the owner of this store can improve the work ability and quality of your store employees so that you can provide...
Read moreEDIT 2: I emailed customer service as their response requested and all I was told was that they requested a manager contact me. When the manager phoned me, he said he can give me a gift card for $30-$40 on it. I just picked up this gift card and there’s $20 on it. I suppose that is better than nothing, but it’s not the amount the manager originally said. Unsanitary food items and lying management. There’s a winning combination.
EDIT: I stupidly went to this Tim’s drive thru again to get a candy cane white hot chocolate and not only was the drink incorrect (regular chocolate not white hot chocolate, and they did hear me correctly because the screen said candy cane WHITE hot chocolate) YET AGAIN there was a hair in the drink. The only reason I open the cups is to cool it down because it’s for my child. And it’s a good thing I do. Both pictures are two different visits, Aug. 11 and Nov. 8, 2024. Two different disgusting, waste of money visits. This unsanitary place needs to be shut down.
It’s pretty much common knowledge that Tim Hortons has gone SIGNIFICANTLY downhill, so if I go there it’s for something straight from a machine—but evidently even something straight from a machine isn’t safe or suitable for consumption. At the drive thru I ordered a large White Hot Chocolate and XL French Vanilla from this location. After taking the lid off the white hot chocolate to let it cool off I saw a hair (or something of the sort) on the side of the cup. Can’t even contact anyone through the app because when you try to search for a location (a required input) it says something went wrong, so I’m leaving a review here. Both drinks went down the drain and a 1 star review...
Read moreWhere to begin, let's start off with how horrible the drive thru is during the afternoons. I come here a few times a week, after work during the evenings and place a simple order (medium decaf 1 cream and 2 sweetener) and a honey cruller doughnut. And like always at least once a week, they manage to screw up my order every time. I get sugar in my coffee instead of sweetener, that's after I ask them "Sweetener right?" at which I get a "Yeah yeah, sweetener" and look and behold, it's sugar and me being diabetic, my blood sugar level goes up and I'm popping pills to counteract it earlier than planned. As for the doughnut, my daughter only eats honey cruller but at this drive-thru, honey cruller can mean anything...honey dip, honey cruller timbits, heck, I even got sour cream. So I started to check my order PRIOR to leaving drive-thru, cause this location is the only location that have incompetent employees working here. In fact, it's more talking going on than actual working. They need new people working here. It's ridiculous. So one day, I thought of going in the morning, maybe it's better to pick up coffee on my way to work than after...WOW, talk about a bunch of hands SHOVING my change and coffee through the drive-thru window. They'll piss you off quick. I only have two hands. As I take the coffee and put it in my cup holder, the lady starts rattling the change in her hands as if to say "Hurry up, this is a race." Worst place ever in terms of drive thru...especially in the evenings. No wonder this place always has a 'Hiring' sign up once every few months. They need better...
