We ordered ackee and salt fish and porridge. Extremely disappointing. It started with the server not be in clear as to what they had avaialle that morning at 10 am. Placed order for 4 ackee and salt fish, 2 large peanut porridge. Instead of saying from the beginning there wasn't enough all she said is I don't have enough for 4 and then says she has enough porridge for one. Finally orders is placed and the ackee and salt fish was extremely greasy when we aricwd home ro eat it.I mean soupy greasy and the container was so small, it barely filled half the container and cost us $13.00 each with 4 festival which was the only good part of the meal. The very small container of peanut porridge tasted burnt.I want to support our people, but the standard and quality of business needs to improve!! Take advise and do your best ALL the time, then you will have happy faithful and loyal customers. We have already told our story and even showed the greasy ackee and saltfish to friends and families. By far the worst dining experience I have ever had. if I could rate it a zero I would. As I enter the restaurant the girl on shift kisses her teeth and proceeds to the back of the restaurant for a good 10 minutes. Since it is an hour before closing and no food is in the display window I asked her what was still available. I have never been met with such disgusting attitude in her response. I don’t know who hired her but she clearly look like she nah wan be deh. It was a turn off and I was gonna cancel my order but I tried to justify her attitude with a bad day. So I left and let my husband deal with her. Only for him to tell me she tried to double charge him for my drink I had already paid for with even more attitude. She didn’t even have the decency to apologize once proven wrong. Sunrise do better with your front line/customer...

Their Food is good and overpriced ! The Staff especially female staffs are too pompous and arrogant. I went there today July 15, 2022 around 2;00 - 2;15pm to grab Lunch. Said Hello to alert them a customer is waiting to be attended to as there was nobody at the cash register. The arrogant slim lady who saw me from where she was standing just look up and snub me. I knocked on the counter top to sensitize her of my presence and the she yelled ;What !!! . Reluctantly she took my order and guess what ! She packaged the order and instead of handing it over to me , she threw it to the counter Top and without a word went away. I reported her attitude to her mail co-worker who eventually came out from Pantry in her Presence. She said nothing and there was no sign of remorse. I returned the Food and demanded for a refund....
