Food - 0/10 Service -2/10 Overall experience - Delete it from the map/10
TL:DR - asked for 2 fish fillet with cheese through drive-thru for lunch, didn’t get my cheese and drove back to get got a cold piece of fish with a 1/4 slice of cheese and a cup of mayo added on it.
Ordered 2 fresh fish fillet burgers this evening for lunch. Went through the drive-thru and asked to get some cheese on it.
After receiving my order, I had an iffy feeling about my order. The burger didn’t have the cheese on it. I drove back cause if I’m paying for some cheese, I’m going to get my cheese.
Drove back to get my cheese and they apologized and I asked if they made it to what I ordered several times(fresh/cheese). Cause none fresh fish fillet is just dry and hard. She said “it was, it was” Waited a few minutes and they somehow missed me where I met them after I just talked to them. I got my sandwiches back and I thanked them and left. I drove to home to get and opened my lunch.
No joke. The cheese was the length and width of my index finger, I could cover it with my finger. And for some reason they added a cup of mayo to my sandwiches, the unneeded spite was real. I checked my fish if it was fresh and it was cool and dense. Don’t get me wrong, I live like several blocks away. If it can get cold in like 10 minutes, that ain’t fresh.
Overall, they could’ve done a lot better if they weren’t mad at me for asking for what I paid for. They should get a regional manager or a quality check in that place cause I’ve seen the recent reviews and I’m surprised that out of 15, there was only one 5 stars, makes me think it’s an employee...

Read moreAbsolutely the worst experience I've ever had in a fast food place in my 37 years. First off I hope head office looks into this. I went in Wednesday December 13th at 6:50pm. Waited 15mins in line to place my order. Then another 45mins to get my 2 whoppers...yes 45mins!!! Another patron waited over 50mins for his food and multiple people waited 40+mins. Please check the cameras if you want to see. The manager had no clue what she was doing. They spent around 20/30mins only giving out drive thru orders and delivery orders. She has no idea how to run a staff and needs to be retrained ot demoted. 3 or 4 diff workers kept switching from the front which resulted in tickets being thrown out that were not completed. Complete chaos. And to make matters worse the manager could not figure out how to give refunds to multiple people who were trying. So you were stuck waiting 40+mins, or losing your money. This is totally unacceptable and horrendous service. If something is not done about this experience I will never visit burger King again. Once again, demote or retrain your manager...
