September 10th, arond 8:15 am in drive-thru. Ordered XL orange pekoe tea with 2 cream and 2 sweetner, pumpkin spice muffin and Jalapeno BAGEL BELT toasted with butter. Got everything except Jalapeno BAGEL BELT...instead I got jalapeno bagel with butter. Got to work, noticed the incorrect item, called them and Muskan picked up. She asked where I bought it, when I bought it, what I bought...told me to wait while she checks...waited 10 minutes on the phone at work and she came back and said her system was down and asked how much I paid...I told her my wallet is in the car but I'll find out...went to my car, looked up my credit card transactions, told her I paid $9.34...she said "Oh you only paid for bagel with butter"...I told her the young man, who I know the voice, who usually works in the afternoon, took my order, and he took it wrong. She said to DO NOT EAT THE BAGEL AND BRING IT BACK AFTER WORK FOR A REFUND OR EXCHANGE. I was like "What am I suppose to eat for breakfast?" and she goes "That's something you need to figure out"...I was so mad. She made me feel like a crook, like I'm trying to get free things and a liar. I told her this and she goes "Well, sorry, but we have so many people wanting free things here."....I'm not them...I ANSWERED ALL YOUR CORRECTIONS AND IT WAS VERIFIED. I just want a refund or a BAGEL BELT free on my next visit. She goes she can't do that. I told her I'm reporting to head office, which I did and leaving a review. This Tim Hortons is always empty in the mornings, now I know why. I've worked at Tim Hortons when I was young...mistakes happen but you don't make a customer feel like a crook and a liar after he's provided the information asked. Very bad customer service. She did say her manger name was LoveJoy, but I don't know if that person is any better. Totally fed up with this location. I've seen customers come to the front of the store and start yelling at the employees, I'm not like that. But I'm fed up with every third visit being me having to come back around drive-thru to correct the order. FIX THE SPEAKER SYSTEM OR GET SOMEONE ELSE TO TAKE ORDERS. Read moreABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING SERVICE – THIS LOCATION IS A DISGRACE I’m a regular customer of Tim Hortons, and so is my entire family, but after what happened today at the 3488 Lawrence Ave E, Scarborough location, we are seriously reconsidering ever coming back. On May 9th, 2025, around 2:45 PM, I went through the drive-thru to order a few coffees, and the woman on the speaker was unbelievably rude.
She didn’t listen, kept cutting me off, and treated me with such a nasty, arrogant tone that I was left shocked and furious. I wasn’t asking for anything complicated—just a simple coffee order—but she acted like I was wasting her time. There was no respect, no professionalism, and no basic customer courtesy.
This wasn’t just “bad” service—this was disrespectful, hostile, and completely unacceptable. If this is how loyal customers are treated, then something is seriously wrong at this location. Whoever is managing this store needs to step up or step down, because the current staff is damaging the brand and pushing customers away.

Read moreThis a terrible Tim's horton. The man that took my order placed the order correctly as I seen the screen. When they delivered it to me he gave me the wrong things that I did not order. When I tried to advise him that I did not order this he gaslight me by telling me firmly that was what I ordered and I was mistaken. He told me he would only correct it this one time. When I got back to the car I seen that they forgot to give me something I ordered. I went back to get the missing item and he told me I didn't order it , then advised the lady cashier to charge me for it and to give me a receipt. I was not about to pay for the came thing twice and only get the item I ordered once. I told him I would not be paying for it as I had already paid for it.
