Burrito Boyz — Restaurant in Toronto

First time ordering from this location, as I usually go to Jutland or Queensway. Happened to be close by, so I placed my order online, and wanted to pick up my burritos and leave. The 2 girls filling burritos were very busy talking to each other, didn't quite like to be bothered by customers. The cashier wasn't around, so I was trying to grab the attention of the 2 girls in front. When I asked about my online order, I was told to wait to talk to a cashier.

However, I noticed when skip the dishes delivery guys walked in - they were more than willing to ask which orders they needed and were quick to pack the deliveries for them. Neither one of them wanted to turn around to give me my order, nor did they make an effort to look for another coworker to help me. Ended up waiting more than 10 mins just to pick up an order that was already made, but had about 3 skip the dishes delivery guys come in after me and left before me with their orders.

I ordered a large, non-spicy burrito. It was definitely smaller, not as fully packed than what the other locations offered. They also accidentally cross-contaminated my burrito with spicy salsa, as there was a portion that was super spicy. I suspect they were careless with keeping the spoons separate for salsas. Big no no when preparing food!

Definitely not impressed with the service nor burrito. Will not be ordering from this location in the future, I will drive an extra 20 mins to try Yorkland next time, or stick to my usual Jutland and...

We recently had Burrito Boyz cater our annual staff training lunch for the second year in a row, and once again, their food and service were exceptional. The team was incredibly accommodating, catering to a variety of dietary restrictions without any issues. They even went the extra mile to label each meal with the person's name, which made the distribution process smooth and efficient.

The delivery was punctual, and the food arrived fresh and delicious. Plus, JJ delivered everything with a friendly smile, which was much appreciated by everyone at our event. Ordered the calamari burrito because my friend swore by it, it was good, but not the most amazing burrito filling I've ever had. That would go to Chipotle's on New York, then the Barbacoa from Mucho Burrito. I would also prefer if they would mix up the ingredients on the burrito before rolling it up so I don't eat all the guac first. Also, I prefer Mucho Burrito better because they give you fresh grilled veggies, just something about the veggies makes it taste so much better. Their cashier and the burrito fillers work very quickly and efficiently, but there's only one guy in the back dealing with the fried stuff so the burrito took quite awhile to come out. Very impressed with how they don't stinge on the ingredients, unlike the nearby Bar Burrito, so a small size burrito is actually very sizeable. Overall quite good but just not...
