Store has a good selection of various Pokemon, Magic, and YuGiOh items. I would have given this store a 5 star review, however, due to the following I believe this rating is sufficient.
Store is overpriced. Prismatic Evolutions ETB pre-orders are being sold at $100. This is something you'd expect on a 2nd to 3rd round restock, not straight out of the gate.
The Staff are relatively friendly, but not helpful. The store is small, and I was looking at product on a shelf. There were some boxes in front of the shelf so I went to move the box. As soon as I touched the box to move it a staff member came whipping around the corner to tell me not to touch the box (maybe don't put boxes in front of product that your selling). After this occurred he had peeked around a corner to watch me again. Instead of asking me if I needed help he just ordered me to stop. I just wanted the boxes moved so I could see the product behind them.
I would give this store a 1 star rating, however, due to the selection I don't think it would be right.

Staff act like you're an inconvenience when you inquire about items they may have to look for. Very slow. If you ask for Lorcana product - "oh the Lorcana guy isn't here". When you ask for Pokemon - "Oh the Pokemon guy isn't here". Store appears disorganized with limited selection. Seems more like a hangout spot than a place wanting to make business. Not very professional.
Additionally, I've noticed prices for singles tend to be 2-5 times higher than 401 Games or Hairy Tarantula. If you live in the area they can be considered an option only IF they happen to have something you can't find. Otherwise there are better options in the area who welcome and appreciate the business. Read moreGreat friendly atmosphere, always well stocked with almost any card packs and structure decks (Yu-Gi-Oh! and Pokémon TCG), dice, card sleeves, deck boxes and trade binders. They also sell single cards of course, great selection! Awesome staff there to help, they also have weekly and monthly tournaments and side events. Can sell and trade cards in store with staff and other players and are well set up on Facebook and their own website to get orders for product on time, lists of cards needed with trade value for store credit and cash offered in return (good to know in advanced).
They are probably the best location in Toronto, especially for those who are really serious on trying to improve their game and get ready for events! Highly...
