SO CUTE
I think it’s so hard to find a balance of somewhere with the right heating, seating, food, aesthetic and taste. This place is it.
It’s open till 10, so pretty late for a cafe, but it’s really well maintained inside. I find that cafes severely lack in non coffee drinks- especially for nighttime’s when I just want to do some homework.
So I’m really happy to say their Strawberry Latte was SO GOOD. It’s just strawberry and milk, but the strawberry didn’t taste artificial. There were really small chunks of strawberry, and it just made it all the better. My friend got the peach aid, and it was nice and refreshing. I also got a flower macaron because it was just too cute and I couldn’t resist, it was sesame flavored, and it wasn’t sweet at all (which is a complement).
They were plenty of seats and there’s also free Wi-Fi. About three tables, have charger access, so be aware of that when you go in during peak times, and that if you don’t get that seat, you will not get it charging port.
But they also have regular food, like bagels, which I’d like to get one day if I go there during meal times. They also have drinks you commonly do not see a café, such as variety of drinks from around the world.
The barista was also so cute and nice, thank you so much for taking care of us and answering our questions.
The cafe was decorated really nicely! There’s a Christmas tree already (hehe) and fairly lights too. The chairs weren’t uncomfortable and the tables stable. There’s booth seats as well! It seems like a great study spot, and I’ll definitely be back. Thank you for...
Read moreI am deeply disappointed with the service I received at Cafe Inside. As a nearby resident, I have frequently visited this cafe with friends for coffee and desserts. I have always had a positive impression of the place and chose it for our gatherings. However, my experience on the afternoon of May 22, 2024, has left me reconsidering my future visits.
On that day, my friends and I enjoyed coffee and desserts at the cafe. About five minutes after leaving, I realized I needed to use the restroom and returned to the cafe. To my surprise, an employee followed me to the restroom and informed me that it was for customers only. I explained that I had just been a customer minutes ago, but she responded with, "Alright, this is the last time."
This encounter was both embarrassing and unreasonable. I had just finished my coffee at the cafe, and it had only been five minutes since I left. Being treated this way upon returning to use the restroom is unacceptable. While I understand the need to control restroom access, my status as a recent paying customer should have been sufficient. The employee's remark, "this is the last time," was particularly baffling. Does this mean that even a brief step outside the cafe immediately revokes restroom access?
If this establishment does not improve its staff training to prevent such awkward situations, I will no longer consider Cafe Inside for my future gatherings with friends. The treatment I received was unnecessary and could have been handled with more understanding and...
Read moreI visited Cafe Inside and enjoyed a good cup of coffee in a cozy setting. The cafe has a rather unassuming exterior, with black and white signs showing the name of the restaurant. The large window outside didn't help people see inside as there was a curtain blocking the view. It was cozy inside, with enough space to move around. Reading the menu was tricky because it was in fine print and positioned well below eye level at the ordering counter. For those who need to review the menu, I suggest checking the one printed on the wall on the way to the counter. Iced Americano: The drink was well made, with none of the unpleasant bitterness often found in coffee. I also personally loved that they had plastic straws available for sipping. The overall ambiance of the cafe was calm and peaceful, and I enjoyed my stay here. I would not mind visiting again to try some of their other drinks and enjoy a lazy afternoon...
