Food I purchased the steak sandwich. Flavor wise, it was pretty good. Well cooked and the taste was subtle but pleasant. However, a decent portion of the steak was fat, which covered about 10% of it and the meat was a bit chewy Bread was fluffy and buttery flavored Ingredients are up to your discretion but you will pay a fee for each add on

Service Staff was friendly enough, I believe with some training taking place They accepted cash, debit and credit, including AMEX

Location There was parking but not ample considering they are sharing parking with a dozen other companies in the same strip plaza It's easy enough to find if you know what you are looking for but hidden a bit off the main street

At the cash when i was waiting to pay for my food I Jokingly said to put my food on the persons tab that was paying for her food in front of me (she was getting food to go). The cashier told me to go sit and pay after you finished eating. That person that was ahead of me stopped at my table on her way out and said your lunch and the lunch of your colleague is paid for. I was taken off guard by this and thanked her. I thought about this gesture for the rest of the day and the impact of her kindness was not taken lightly. In a constant bad news greedy world this gesture was so amazing and for everyone that I told this story to it created a feel good environment. I want her to know that I am looking for an opportunity to paying forward her kind gesture and hopefully start a chain reaction of this feel good gesture. BTW the food is...

Our first experience was a Christmas friends get together that my cousin catered from Canosa. We loved the food, I had them cater our New Year Eve party for 35 people. The food was amazing again. Marco and his team passed the biggest test when they provided the food for a luncheon following my aunt's funeral. 60 of the toughest critics all loved his food. Considering my Italian aunt's are all amazing cooks in the kitchen and have hosted large parties of their own. This meal hit the spot. The highest compliment is when your guests get up and go for more.
