Old review below: THEY DONT PUT THE RIGHT QUANTITY OF TOPPINGS EVEN IF YOU ORDER 2X of a certain topping. CONFIRMED AND BEWARE.
We bought Milk Tea here many many times already. We always buy 4 milk teas. Before it was excellent and they are giving the right toppings.
But recently, beware. We confirmed it that the staff or servers does not actually put the right quantity of toppings. My wife usually orders 2x of pudding and coconot jelly and my order is always 2x of coconut jelly. Before we can sip large amount of toppings because we ordered double. But recently, we confirmed in our 3 different orders from different dates that the quantity of toppings they put are just the same no matter how many you ordered. Of course, you will not notice how much toppings in your cup because their cups right now are not transparent anymore. Before the cup was transparent.
Since the cup is not transparent anymore, there is no way to complain without opening it. So you cannot return it anymore since you need to open and drink it.
We are not ordering from this branch anymore. Because the quantity of the toppings that we paid, we recently not receiving anymore. Its like its not worth it to add more toppings because they wont care adding it.
FR, you can compare it to other milk tea shops that puts the right quantity of toppings and adds more if you order double the quantity.

1st visit - they had recently opened but didnât have their app functionality in operation so I was told I couldnât collect points on my purchase. The staff member was quite rude about it too.
2nd visit - they were extremely busy but I thought I got my order in a timely fashion considering the situation.
3rd visit - Order was placed online and I went to pick it up. They leave drinks on the pick counter without making attempts to inform waiting customers their drinks are ready. I waited a while before I could confirm with staff that one of the drinks is mine (no identifiers on the cup except in-store order number which is different from online order number). Wonât be going again to this COCOs location at Sherway Gardens. 1st picture will show âhow generousâ they claim they are, and 2nd is why I love other locations who get the boba craving. Iâd think most chain locations are pretty decent with their quality of drinks and customer service but to get a triggered reaction just for a simple fix disrupts the mood of getting my go-to beverage. I normally order my large bubble teas and get a decent amount of boba that I donât ask for an additional topping but in this case it was very little. Especially for an upsized drink. Unnecessary commentary was made by a female associate and it was embarrassing to get my point across, even with being willing to pay for the resolution to be solved.
