Villa Madina — Restaurant in Toronto

Ordered a chicken shawarma plate and she put very less rice. Less than quarter of the box. I told her to add more rice as the quantity was very less. She accommodated but when I received the final product and sat down to eat, I kid you not, the meat was all hard and legit burned. Ruined my mood. I just fed the kids rice and salad and some chicken that wasn't burned as I was exhausted after handling 3 kids and shopping. One thing for sure, I would never order...

Extremely disappointed with my experience at Villa Madina in Sherway Gardens. I found a hair in my Chicken Shawarma Poutine, and when I brought it up to the woman at the counter (wearing a hijab), she responded with rudeness and zero professionalism. I recently visited Villa Madina and ordered the chicken saj platter. I requested a change to the toppings in the sandwich, and they happily accommodated my request, which I appreciated.

While Villa Madina positions itself as a Middle Eastern restaurant, the spices used in the chicken had more of an Asian inspired flavor. It wasn’t quite what I expected, but still enjoyable.
