I love that they opened up Cotti Coffee here as you can pick up a drink to enjoy while shopping! It is a kiosk, just outside T&T on the newly renovated side of the mall. Just a disclaimer, this spot is very busy! Even when it doesn't seem like there's a lot of people lining up to order and/or pick up, they likely have a long list of mobile orders to make - so keep this in mind if you're tight on time. I came here on a weekend, seeing 1-2 people in line to order, then after placing my mobile order, it said it would be ready in 20 mins. I do believe it took just about 25 mins. Their app is very easy to use and shows a description, as well as photos, of their menu. Currently, beverages are discounted so $3-4 for a 16 FL oz drink is a really good deal if you think about what it would cost you at Starbucks for the same size. As a result, I didn't mind feeling adventurous and trying out their unique menu items, such as the MELON JASMINE CREMA LATTE as an iced drink. This automatically comes with their Gold Medal Sirius, which is a dark roast with caramelly notes. Their description is as follows: "The jasmine tea is intertwined with the mellow milk latte, blended with the rich aroma of honeydew melon, just like the open and unrestrained summer gusts of wind staining the dark ink in the field, the dark curry is filled with light green, and the rich and fresh aroma intertwines, leaving a lingering fragrance on the lips and teeth." First sip thoughts... "Mmm subtle melon flavor and oh, there's the coffee notes at the end!" It was quite good for what it is supposed to be but not something I'd get regularly. Even at full sugar, their drinks are not very sweet which I enjoy. Their coffee is strong, they have unique flavors, and the price is unbeatable! This drink was about $3.50. I will definitely be back to try more drinks, especially their matcha. Service was also quite friendly. For example, my sister is a sweet coffee drinker. She ordered the caramel macchiato and said it was "too coffee" for her so I requested two additional pumps of caramel syrup. With no questions asked, they happily fulfilled our request.

BUYER BEWARE: These are charging you for things without warning then give you trays with cuts down the middle so you'll drop your order and have to order more. Their cups are EXTREMELY flimsy as well, and they will not tape the tops anymore to prevent spillage (they refuse to get proper lids as it is). Good luck getting your order to your destination if you tried ordering multiple drinks! They're also so busy clapping and being on their phones while customers are stuck waiting around. Additional details: They jacked up their drink prices and will now suddenly charge you for things without warning when you show up to get your drinks. Guess they'll charge you for air too when you have to reorder your drinks because they gave you some broken trays that fold up and tear apart. Without any warning, they will now expect customers to suddenly show up with 15 cents, or will charge their CREDIT CARD 15 cents (the credit card transaction fee is about this much) without any warning for bags, even if you have a large order. I will not be surprised if they start charging customers other random surprise fees without warning on other transactions so check your total first before you pay. The trays they give you seem firm at first but avoid their trays because that's also an unexpected surprise at your expense. The trays are perforated (have holes down the middle) so they collapse with your drinks in them. I am not okay with random surprise charges when I’m simply showing up to pick up my drinks. I have also been able to get bags before since I purchase multiple drinks.

I recently tried Cotti Coffee for the first time while visiting Hillcrest Mall on New Year’s Day, and I was so impressed that I had to go back today at their Fairview Mall location! This coffee chain is quickly becoming one of my favorites. The kiosk is conveniently located next to T&T on the lower level, which is great, although seating is limited. I ordered through the mobile app, and I was amazed at the prices! My first drink, the cloud mousse matcha latte, was only $0.99, and my second drink, an Americano, was a regular price of $2.79. With the current tax break, my total came to just $3.78—what a steal! My order was ready almost immediately when I arrived at the mall. The staff member was understandably cautious and asked to see my confirmation before handing over my drinks, which I appreciated, especially since I’ve had issues at other coffee chains in the past. The unique branding of Cotti Coffee, along with their affordable prices and delicious drinks, really sets them apart. I absolutely loved the cloud mousse matcha latte and can't wait to try more of their offerings. Honestly, I would choose Cotti Coffee over Tim Horton’s any day, especially since I've noticed a decline in quality and service at Tim’s in recent years. I plan to redeem all my Tim Hortons Points by the end of the year! Highly recommend Cotti Coffee!

Bro why are the employees so mean. I was curious at how the make the drinks so I stood by the side to see how the make it inside. I wasn’t trying to stare them down or anything or be mean I was just bored and wanted to see.

The lady scolded me and told me my drink is not ready and told me to stand in the front. I said I just was curious and wanted to see. Then after like 5 seconds she yelled at me to stand in the front. What’s the point in making the place in the open with low walls if you strictly forbid customers to see how you make your drinks? Like bro what kind of shady business r u doing if I can’t look at it bro.

Drink was ok but that was so embarrassing lowkey almost cried she was so mean broooo 🥀🥀🥀

Response to owner: ummm? That was not what I had meant. She raised her voice when calling out my number bc I genuinely did not hear correctly so that is on my part and I do not blame her for that. I am upset with how the lady working there was rude when I was LOOKING at the drinks being made. As I’ve said before, I’ve told her I was curious and interested in the drink making process. I genuinely do not see anything wrong with seeing how drinks are made. I believe in that case she could’ve kindly told me the reason why I am not allowed to look at the drinks being made. Her poor attitude clearly reflects the staff not being trained and if she cannot handle busy situations, then she should not be working this line of work. It is not wonder that this place has such a poor review. The fact that there was not a single apology in your response adds to...
