i went here with my mom today at around 1 pm to order our usual, but what wasn’t usual was the cashiers attitude. i could immediately tell there was something off about her and i could feel that her energy was off. i asked what drinks they had and she grabbed the flyer in front of me and flipped it in such a rude way and didn't even say anything. she could’ve politely pointed at the flyer and told me the options but i guess manners and respect is something she isn’t aware of. i didn’t say anything at that moment because i didn’t think anything of it until she called our order number. she put our food inside of a brown paper bag. now if you know anything about bingz, you know they have their own white bag with the bingz logo on it and handles that’s custom to their company. my mom and i grabbed our food a bit confused as to why it was in a brown bag but we brushed it off thinking maybe they ran out of their usual bags. nope! that same cashier gave the asian lady behind us the normal bingz bag that i just mentioned. my mother and i are Muslim and my mom wears hijab so i’m just wondering, is that why she decided to give us a plain brown bag and the asian lady the bingz bag? i would love to know especially since bingz has food that caters to muslims. so with that being said, why the attitude? because the only impression i got from her was that she does not like muslims/hijabis and has no manners. to all my hijabis out there, be careful. (i’ve put a picture of the type of bag she gave us vs the...

Liar about promotion, just use big wording attract people to order and use hidden term to reject offer, and no return.

Look at the promo banner. There is a human tall banner like this outside the restaurant and beside which there is an online order QR code to ask you to skip the line in the same size human tall banner, but if you place order online you will be fooled. The light color tiny words in the bottom tell you in store only. And their employee will only tell you he can do nothing to you, it is your fault to not read all their words carefully.

So before ordering in this restaurant, you’d better wear your glasses and squat down to put your face into the promo paper to do a serious research on all their words carefully, but not trust them as a common restaurant. Everything you can view in a quick glance is not reliable but try to scan every words in their restaurant to keep you safe..

It made me recall the bad experience with some Merchants before in another country, never expect to see this again in Canada.

Very smart restaurant, maybe too smart for selling a burger. Not worth my time to investigate in this way to buy a 10 dollars food, so will just avoid in future.

Btw, I bought 2 burgers, one glass noodle and one wonton for two people, they gave me one piece of napkin. You can imagine how they control their cost in visible and...

Ordered a healthy veggie sandwich and a BBQ mushroom sandwich and they were disgusting. As others have said, the veggie sandwich leaves your tongue feeling numb (due to the sichuan peppercorns), which is kind of unpleasant. The BBQ mushroom was just too disgusting and I threw out half the sandwich. I can't recall which sandwich it was, but I also remember something being too salty.

Rockin' Fries were just ok... they had a decent texture, but were overall very saturated with grease. We went with a light dusting of the seasoning (which they give you on the side) since, like everything else, the seasoning is quite spicy (to be honest, it was a strange seasoning, kind of spicy, kind of sweet... I couldn't decide if I hated it or not).

Portion sizes were quite small for the price, but that benefited me since I didn't have to suffer through eating too much of this junk (or feeling too guilty about how much I threw out).

Service was OK... The guy who took my order was a bit confused, but figured it out. The people who put together orders seemed confused and overwhelmed even though there weren't too...

Love how bingz is opening up so many locations and making themselves so accessible in all the major malls Tried a limited time menu item, which was their Peking duck crispy burger. I love how it taste exactly like Peking duck. I think it would taste even better as duck slices as opposed to pulled duck I always get it almost side the liangpi noodles which is a cold one. You have the option of getting it with sesame sauce and chili oil or just chili oil on its own for the sesame allergic people. The plum cold brew can be refreshing, but it’s a very strong plum taste, in case that’s not something you’re into. Service was quick and even with a few orders ahead of us, we got our order in about 5 to 10 mins, which is a pretty good turnaround time I didn’t know if I would like the “patio” seating where you are sitting outside seeing all the mall patrons, but I did not mind it at all. Was actually kinda nice and gives you the chance to people watch too lol Great job overall
