This is a local coffee shop that every morning I go to because the brewed coffee, specialty drinks and local fresh treats every morning are part of the charm you experience in Toronto with our diverse cafe scene. They have exceptional coffee, the best I've had in city. No idea what their secret is but it's truly the best treat in the morning. My usual is a fresh cup of coffee and a bacon and egg sandwich. They have a selection of choices though. The staff here are so warm, friendly and have that kind of energy that will remind you of extended friends/family. Always asking how you are and getting to know you, remembering your drinks, even little fun details and will make jokes that you won't be able to help but smile. Katie and Raichel are two great examples. All smiles, energy, and put so much heart into their drinks. Whether it is Katie's contagious laugh and recommendations or Raichel listening to you speak with a raspy voice and making you a lemon shot tea fused with honey. The staff love what they do and people, and you can feel they love their community. Our community is brighter because cafes like this bringing locals together and I would highly recommend anyone in the Little Portugal to stop by and have a cup of coffee here.

Cute independent coffee shop in the West end. Have not been back since before covid. Went after a strenuous workout. Barista was nice enough to let us lounge for the last 30min of opening. Latte was smooth. Beans are from Hale coffee roaster. Good selection of both gf and vegan cookies. Wish the place was a bit bigger because a group of four was tight. Overall will go back again for coffee after workouts?! Still the same good latte as 3 years ago. If I could give 4.8 stars, I would!

This gem of a coffee shop on the edge of Little Portugal is an absolute must stop for any serious coffee lover. The coffee, whatever you order, is consistently amazing and wonderfully crafted. The staff are attentive, knowledgeable, and extremely friendly. The shop is small so the seating is necessarily limited, but there are a few spaces outside in the good weather. The atmosphere is cosy and amenable to a good coffee and chat.

a great neighbourhood cafe that’s a staple for me, as it’s one of the only places in bloordale that opens before 8AM on a weekday.

very friendly + welcoming staff, a lovely + calming interior, great drink menu, and all of the baked goods always look fresh and delicious. I’m not a coffee drinker so I go here for a morning tea once in a while, which costs less than $3.00. they have lots of great tea options (including loose-leaf bags your can buy to make at home), and the tea is served in a generous sized...
