I would happier if the dishes looks like the pictures which the longest lady server worker has been working there for 17 years said they never have things exactly like the pictures for 17 years. (She keep bragging about it with attitude and I never asked). The Warm dish (Dry noodle with sauce ots) should have cooked vegies IN it so that the dishes doesnt turn cold (Beansprount straight from the fridge IN my dish, not even on the side), but at least the flavor of this one is not too bad. The other dish, Soup has no flavor and too little topping and nothing like the picture, without porkblood for "17 years" (tried to fix it with fishsauce but still bad). I ordered extra rare beef for my soup noodle, they gave me uncook red nonfresh meat on the plate (as the pic, I put it in my bowl, totally red). Normally it will slowly being cooked down with the hot soup, but since my soups is cold, its not slowly being cooked as it supposed to be. Food take long to be delivered. Unhappy old workers with too much attitude as owners themselves. P/s: I kept my face smile with a nice tone and 25% tip (bc my brother being a little kid and asked for extra soup too), but im not happy with anything at all and never come back. Felt like a scam. I love trying new restaurants and if theres good one, me and family and friends would keep coming back, but not this one (closest to my house too), i heard they have a new management system, except the menu,...

Decent grub, unfortunately frustrating service.

Arrived with a group of three for late lunch on a Saturday. Place wasn't too busy and we promptly ordered tea, an appetizer and a bowl of soup each. Appetizer and tea arrived at the same time as the soups, which would have been fine, but we were missing an ordered bowl. Didn't comment on the missing third bowl right away, but we assumed it would be coming soon. No one came by, and our last soup was still MIA, so we needed to flag down a server and check in. About another five minutes later, a different server came by and asked if we were missing anything. By the time the soup came out, (in a different size we ordered to boot) it had been close to 15 minutes from the earlier arrival of the food. Would have been nice if our group was actually, ya know, able to eat at the same time. After the mistake, servers seemed to avoid our table, and we eventually had to go up and request our bill after 10+ more minutes of waiting (no comp or discount was offered, could have at least offered to comp the tea). Only got a verbal apology after paying, and from a server unrelated to the mix up to boot.

I get that mistakes happen, but we got no explanation, and an unsatisfactory apology that made the visit a frustrating experience. The confusion and lack of responsibility from the front of house makes me...

Gave this place another try hoping that my previous bad experience was just a fluke. The first time: I ordered take out, a rice dish. I didn't notice they had upgraded my order and charged me more than for what I had actually ordered until I got home. My upgraded order included a pork chop (I don't eat pork at all) and I was upset. I called and the man who answered said that since they had been dead all day that he upgraded my order for a bigger sale. What the hell? Today I tried again and ordered a noodle dish that came with 3 kinds of beef and some shrimp. I checked my order as soon as I left the restaurant and sure enough the shrimp was missing. I called and was given the run around about why my order was missing the shrimp that I paid for. Finally they agreed to give me the shrimp and I went back to pick it up. The food quality both times was perfectly average and the serving sizes are alot smaller in terms of meat to noodle ratio size while the price is on avg $3 higher than other Vietnamese restaurants for the same dish. Disappointing food and even more disappointing...

The food was wonderful! I expected average Vietnamese food, but they surprised me with their quality, plating, and fair pricing. I usually don't give reviews, but my experience at the restaurant was very pleasing. I bought their spicy beef Pho, fairly priced at $16. They quickly surprised me with their big bowl of high-quality beef, noodles, and spicy soup. It was beautifully and elegantly plated, very appetizing and tasty! My friends bought the Pad Thai and a Pork Chop with rice. They said they were amazing and very worth $16. Their fried spring rolls were hot and delicious too. The servers were very friendly, and made sure that my order was well-made. The atmosphere was a modern Vietnamese aesthetic, simple yet pleasing. Very clean. Will definitely come back here!

I usually go to pho phuong for their pho and it's usually very good. However, I ordered their veggies and tofu pad thai for pickup, and was sadly greatly disappointed. The flavor is good but my order literally had only 3 pieces of tofu. Tofu is the cheapest protein you can buy, why ration it so much. It also contained 4 pieces of broccoli, 3 pieces of peppers and 3 leafs of bok choy and like half a kg of chewy and sticky rice noodles. This was $21. If consumers dish out 21 dllrs in a pad thai, we expect it to be equal parts in everything, not a heavy gunk of noodles, and a few pieces of protein and veggies with clearly uncooked peanuts thrown at it. Restaurants must do better if they want to justify their high prices. Needless to say, i will not be ordering again.
