I would give this location 0 stars if I could. I ordered a cake for my sons first birthday in the beginning of September and when I received it the quality was horrendous. I had ordered a personalized cake with his photo on it. The photo had so many water marks all over his face that you couldn't even tell it was my son. When my husband picked it up the manager told him that the machine wasn't working properly so that's the best she could do. If this was the case, why not call the customer to discuss other options. I was absolutely disgusted with the service I received when I called and asked to speak with the owner who never contacted back as well as the manager who said she would call me in 2 days with a solution and never did. When I called the following week she told me she forgot she was on vacation and that's why she didn't call back. I would never recommend this location to anyone in fact I will never go back and have advised family and friends to spend their money else where. It is October 22nd and I still have not received a call or email from the owner to discuss this situation. By far the worst service I have...

Stopped at DQ for some heart burning chilli dogs and ice cream, as you do. The chilli cheese dog was OK, if I'm am being generous that is...and I am. It tasted a little old and dry to be frank. You know, some poor defenseless animal had to die only to be served up old and dry. Just shameful. Sorry Mr/Mrs Piggy. Lucky for me, I had some extra saliva kicking about. So in the end... less dry. Now for the star of the show, the mud slide. I Was about to enjoy my anticipated scrumptious heart stopping mud slide but the manger turned off the lights just before I could even have a tiny little bite. Maybe its more enjoyable if you cant see what you are eating. I asked the GF about this point... You know it was 9pm and I guess it was closing time but the staff didn't feel like mentioning it to anyone before leaving us all in the dark with ice creams in hand. The whole experience from start to finish was frustrating. The staff is not knowledgeable (perhaps lack of training) and could not answer my questions about certain cakes. When I went to pick up the cake, the staff member barely acknowledged me when I arrived at the counter and when she did, she could not find my son's cake (shortly before his actual birthday party with 30 people!!). She casually sauntered over to me saying she couldn't find it. Thankfully, another person came in and found it at the very bottom of the cake rack.
