Their decor is modern and clean. The lighting is just right. The colour they use is light and welcoming. The space between each small table is acceptable. There are two larger tables for laptop users or other bigger groups.

There is a wide range of pastries or food. Their "dirty chocolate croissants" are amazing. Your mouth and lips would be full of cocoa powder but I don't care because it's too good. I order it every time. I cannot get it elsewhere. I think it's what makes them so special.

Their quiches are good too. Compared to other places, the outer layer is thin, crispy and not too buttery. It's served warm. It's totally well balanced. The size is just right. One person is responsible for making sandwiches and preparing pastries right next to the coffee bar. We can all see what she's making and the hygiene level is very high. I appreciate that very much.

They have a wide selection of drinks. All the staff welcome us. They are very friendly. Service is good. They recognize us already.

It's definitely way better than many other more convenient cafes with just regular, "nothing outstanding, nothing...

I’ve been a loyal customer of Cossette Cafe for a while, but my recent experiences have been disappointing. During my last visit, I felt uncomfortable as the staff repeatedly pressured me to purchase more food, despite already buying a meal. This kind of pushy sales tactic feels unwelcome, especially when trying to enjoy a quiet time at a cafe.

Moreover, the service was notably lacking. It took a long time for my order to be taken, and when it finally arrived, it wasn’t as described. The staff seemed indifferent, making the atmosphere quite unwelcoming. On top of that, the cafe wasn’t as clean as it used to be, which was concerning.

I also noticed that the quality of the food has declined. The pastries were stale, and the coffee was lukewarm. Given the prices, I expected better.

I can’t help but wonder if my treatment might have been influenced by being a person of color, as I’ve noticed a different attitude compared to other customers. However, I hope this wasn’t the case.

Overall, I’m disappointed and hope Cossette Cafe improves its customer service and quality standards. I’m not sure if I’ll be...

Daughter and daddy date.

The atmosphere was awesome as always, and my daugther loved her chocolate croissant 🥐 💕.

My first flat white was disappointing, milk pour and design was great. But the bitter taste on my first sip.. arggghhh I suspect these as the problem (1) change in temperature/humidity and grind modification wasn't implemented (morning temp 16, lunch temp 24) or minor issues with the bottomless. (To many concerns to mention) ps the spotless area was a blessing too see.

So, I asked for a second Flat white, which I paid (no complaints) didn't drink the first. Advised them how to fix it (easy way), no point sharing the technical aspects as I don't have time.

The barista made modifications, and my second coffee was amazing.

The last time I was at this location, was the first month it opened. I'm an old school barista with making 300-350 coffees a day (real coffee not instant/brewed). I'm glad to see you have gotten better, and I will see you...

Stumbled upon this lovely café while in the area. Delicious strawberry matcha! I just wish they didn’t charge an extra $0.95 for other milk options when the beverage itself is already nearly $8. The cheese croissant while pleasant, was a bit deceiving given that it was only topped with cheese and not stuffed with it…not worth it for $5. Also i would recommend staff to kindly ask whether customers would like their pastries to be warmed or not upon purchasing. It would also be nice for staff to explain where napkins, straws, sugar, etc. are when customers are ordering to avoid running back and forth after getting a seat. Also would recommend having staff ask whether customers are dining in or taking away, and offering to put pastries on a plate rather than in a sac to go. Would come back again to try the mini quiches or sweet pastries.

A cute little cafe that has more seating than you'd expect. The space is homey with a soft woody, floral vibe -- and yet laptop friendly without it being too obvious and cold. Their 2 large "workspace" tables seat 6 each and have multiple outlets, perfect to focus on work for a couple hours. I've visited twice so far and ordered a cortado and flat white. There was something quite acidic about the cortado, almost like there was liquor in it (probably not). I overheard someone else say hers was too strong as well, but they helped by adding more milk. The flat white was nice. While it's 1 for 2 so far on the coffee, it's clearly well loved by the locals and the space is great

This is such a cute café in the west end of Toronto, a few steps away from Keele Station. I came here with a friend to do some work for a few hours, and I really enjoyed the stay. They have a variety of pastries and drink options, so hopefully something for everyone. We had a few of their croissant sandwiches and drinks. I got their mushroom croissant sandwich with a white mocha drink. They have a few communal tables with plugs available, and some bench seating along the wall with smaller tables. Definitely a place to come alone or with a friend. This café gave me the beaches vibes with it being in a quieter area and calming overall feel. I will definitely be back!
