I recently tried the Paneer Bhurji from Desi Tadka, and it was an absolute treat! The dish was bursting with authentic flavors, perfectly balanced spices, and an incredible aroma that made it irresistible. The paneer was soft and crumbled just right, blending beautifully with the fresh tomatoes, onions, and a medley of spices.

What stood out was the freshness of the ingredients and the perfect level of seasoning—not too spicy, yet rich and flavorful. It paired wonderfully with the soft naan I ordered, creating a wholesome and satisfying meal.

I was greeted by Simran the Dining Room Manager. Interaction with her from beginning to end was SPECTACULAR! Her professionalism, million $ smile and table manners were perfect.Simran is a true asset and the owners should be very proud to have her in their staff. I wanted my Amritsari Kulcha "Crisp" and it was exactly that way. The overall food presentation was perfect and the taste out of this world. I must say that the Chef on Duty had worked hard to showcase the food, copied but never duplicated, just like I had this in Amritsar 60 years ago. Bravo Simran for putting on the Ritz, superbly. I will be back and ask all the "would be" customers to visit this Restaurant and try the Menu of "Desi Tarkaa"... impeccable tasty Indian food. This was a World Class...

The food here is top notch. Credits to the chefs making amazing food. It’s neither too spicy nor too bland. The spices are the right proportion which makes the food amazing. They have a wide menu option - catering to meat eaters, vegetarians.

Lastly the people working here are so soft spoken and very pleasant to deal with. Owners made our experience at the Restaraunt complete. These both deserves a good raise 😊

On the whole the Restaraunt stands by their motto ‘Food legacy of India’. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs a fine experience without breaking their pockets. Keep up the good work team and open many more branches...
