I was in looking for very specific spices and both people working were so kind and accommodating. They helped me pick out the right ones, even to the point of helping look up the proper ingredients as my translation to English was off. They brought out books and helped me out in a way that went far beyond a simple store. These folks take pride in what they do and were so nice to a person who doesn't know that much about Ethiopian cuisine. My home cooked Ethiopian has been upped a notch thanks to Desta.

I love eating injera but most of the injera they sale has gluten and I'm allergic to it, I use to get sick so I stop eating until I discover this store they sale teff injera, first time my life I ate injera and I wasn't sick I'm so happy I found this store thank you to the lady who works there she suggest I try the teff injera, she said they only usd Teff💚💚💚 I looove it, and they it's so fresh like backhome.
