NOTE these photos were taken even AFTER my sister put them in the oven to cook more, you can imagine how raw it initially was.
I meant to write this review a little over a week ago but have been too busy to do so, however it's extremely important to me at this point to get it done due to consistent disappointment at this location.
My family and I live around the corner from this dominos location, thus it being the closest one to order from, but now we make the drive to queen st because time and time again we receive below par pizza and now it's nobody's fault but our own for trusting they will fix their mistakes.
In the past we've received burnt pizzas, wrong toppings or missed instructions. A little over a week ago was the last straw.
We ordered a large pizza with extra cheese, lightly done, please keep in mind I've also ordered this exact same pizza from other dominos locations (at work, at friends houses, and now from the queen st location) and it always comes out perfectly.
Upon arrival to pick up my pizza, the staff had me look at the pizza (surely because they themselves knew it was ridiculous) to check if it was alright. It wasn't. The cheese looked like it was still raw, and the sauce was seeping through the uncooked dough.
I told them no, that wasn't acceptable, and to please put it back in the oven without it being over done (as we've received too many burnt pizzas before), they said okay, and told me it would just need another minute. I waited, got the pizza and checked it again, running late by this point I decided to trust them that it was cooked, until I got home and had my family immediately spit out their first bite. COMPLETELY raw dough, more sauce than cheese and the cheese was not melted.
We were able to roll the dough how raw it was, when we tried to take a bite the dough would stretch! But not the cheese. I was amazed at how awful it was.
My 10 year old, who took her slice to her room to eat, ended up puking.
Despite this long review I can't describe in words how terrible this pizza was, total...
Read moreRecently, I ordered from Domino's Pizza for a cozy night in, and it was a hit! The convenience of placing an order online was seamless, and my pizza arrived hot and fresh right on schedule.
I tried their pepperoni pizza, which had a crispy, golden crust that was both chewy and flaky. The generous layer of gooey mozzarella cheese melted beautifully, while the pepperoni was perfectly spiced, giving it just the right amount of kick.
To accompany my pizza, I opted for the garlic knots. They were warm, fluffy, and packed with flavor, served with a side of marinara sauce for dipping—definitely a must-try!
The delivery driver was friendly and efficient, making the whole experience even more enjoyable.
While Domino’s might not be a gourmet pizza place, it delivers consistently tasty food that satisfies cravings, especially when you're looking for simplicity and convenience. I’d rate my experience 8...
Read moreOrdered a pizza waited over an hour for it. Pizza didn't come. Called restaurant was told " like yeah where really busy you have to wait." When I asked how long I have to wait was told " till we make your pizza" when I asked for a refund as I had pre paid was told " it will be done when someone has time" when I asked to speak to the manager I was told " they are to busy" and they hung up the phone on me. I have ordered pizza for 10 years from this location. I will not be ordering from here again after the horrible customer service experience today. Update pizza finally arrives after two hours and is not the pizza I ordered to top off this off. I ordered double cheese and pepperoni and did not get double toppings and I ordered two bottles of coke zero and received cans. Pizza was at least warm but not worth the two hour wait or the extra money for toppings I didn't get and pop in...
