Super rude and unhelpful staff (especially the Manager working Saturday September 19th). This guy was in a mood and wouldn't take my return back because the box was ripped but clearly unopened/unused...He kept saying that given this store is independently owned and the item wasn't purchased at his store they didn't have to provide a refund (which is wrong); he also claimed fearing that his boss would make him pay $$ if the distributor didn't accepted the item back.... Super disrespectful, disappointing and a major inconvenience. It was like dealing with a lazy angry child scared of a parent. Hopefully the nice young man also working that day doesn't see 'the manager' as a role model or leader.

Overall, this store isn't overly friendly or helpful and it isn't seemingly accessible if you have a physical disability. No need to experience poor customer service, such as rude staff or difficulties returning an item. Just go down the street to the other home hardware or a nearby home depot/lowes. At least the staff there are friendly and willing to treat you with decency... Hopefully their owner treats them better too since they seemingly work in fear (as 'the manager'...

Bad customer service overall. You will not feel good to shop here. I shopped here on multiple occasions. This young woman and one of the young male associates are so condescending and so full of themselves. Sometime instead of answering your questions, they will mock you. Well, why buy if they care more to mock you than to assist or satisfy you as a customer?

For instance, I was looking for the right wood crew length. Upon explaining I need the screws to go through the wood frames (in front) and the door (at the back), the young woman said “that’s called “trim” ”. When I explained with gesture the wood frame (a small rectangle thing) need to be screwed in front of the sliding door; the wood screw I had with me was too short. She said again “it’s called “trim” ”. (Urrrhh….trim does not go in front of a door!!! ) When I told her “I am talking about ’wood frame of a mirror’ “, she shrugged her shoulder, saying "whatever”.

Because of on one occasion that I shopped here that has a positive experience, an older woman and one of the young male associate explain my concerns well and help me find what I need. That's why I...

I went so many key cut location for making two of my screen door key and all failed Finally some one from the Moor paint store recommend me go to the home hardware store that is yours A really helpful lady did very careful search and finds the proper key model which suits mine then it did not take long time she made the two copies for me and very kindly advised me keep the receipt try on if not work well take back she would help get that suit better . I rushed got home and tried both copies I was so happy and relaxed they all working nicely!
