I have placed an online order for carry out through dominos app on may 15 2023 , order no :29

I placed an order via your website and redeemed a coupon for the purchase. However, upon arrival at the store to collect my order, I encountered an employee name Gaurlin kaur who displayed unacceptable behaviour.

Despite my request to either receive my pizza as ordered or cancel the transaction, the employee showed a complete lack of concern for my situation. Not only did she fail to provide my pizza, but they also refused to initiate the cancellation process. Instead, they kept me waiting unnecessarily while engaging in personal activities such as using their mobile phone and attending to other orders.

when I asked to speak with a manager to resolve the issue, the employee outright declined to call for assistance.Furthermore, her suggestion to provide my details for a potential follow-up when "they are free" is simply unacceptable. This response completely disregards the urgency of the situation and fails to address the fact that I am left hungry and without the product I paid for. Fed up with all of her actions I went to other store and placed order again. Shows her lack of accountability and professionalism towards costumers.

It is imperative that immediate action is taken to rectify this situation and prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future. I demand a swift resolution, including the provision of my pizza or a full refund, along with a sincere apology for the inconvenience and distress caused.

I trust that management will take this matter seriously and conduct a thorough investigation into the conduct of your employee behaviour towards your costumers, I eagerly await your response and expect a satisfactory resolution...

Found 3 pieces of bone in my slice and was told because it wasn't the same day that I complained about it, they wouldn't do anything in regards to BONE in my PIZZA. If it was a different ingredient, sure I understand, but 3 PIECES OF BONE!! I have pictures as well, and have reported it to the head office. Just waiting to hear back.

Edit: Store has yet to contact me back, and I let it slide. Today I go in for a walk in special for a 1 topping Medium pizza @ $7.99. When I asked about it, Simran immediately started raising her voice at me. I asked her to take a look at the sign that clearly states "1 topping medium pizza for $7.99" which she refused to do, and instead, tells me it's a small 1 topping for $6.99. There was another customer with me who heard the whole conversation, and asked to me to show him the sign. He then came into the store with me and confirmed this. I then brought the sign to her since she refused to come and see it herself and wants to assume that im not reading correctly. Even after that, Simran continued to yell at me and I've left a report to Domino's head office. Stop letting people with garbage customer service skills work in customer service environments, especially those that hardly...

The cuisine at this particular hashery was adequate in the sense that it replaced calories burned by the expenditure of energy required to perform various physical and mental tasks on a day to day basis. Beauty is truly in the taste buds of the beholder; and with that consideration, taste is truly relative to the individuals experience in other areas. From personal terms, I can state that I have had my calories replaced in a manner that was much more stimulating in other venues, although I cannot make the claim that this particular joint did not at least in some way trigger a release of dopamine resulting from the ingestion of saucy, Italian originated nourishment. Will I return to this particular eatery? Philosophically speaking, we never actually know what our future holds, whether it’s on a day-to-day, week-to-week or even year-to-year basis. Given the statistical likelihood that I’ll be in a state of existence that renders me consciously able to return, I would consider it, but not above a small number of other cafeterias located in the general vicinity that I have semi-frequented and found myself to enjoy more in the temporary...
