The pizza is good but the customer service training is severely lacking. If the "manager" does not know how Customer Service is handled in Canada, how can she train her staff? I was there last week, ordered a Thin & Crispy Pacific Veggie Pizza. I mentioned Thin & Crispy at the very beginning of the order and ordered extra-large. When I got home, I realized the pizza was on regular crust. I rushed back to the store, thinking it would be exchanged very easily, no questions asked as it would be done at any other North American Food Chain. I was shocked when the "manger" says, "No, I won't exchange it. You didn't tell me what crust you wanted" like I was a liar. I felt so gaslighted after a long, stressful day that I became so angry and ended up yelling at her. I explained to her that I have no reason to come back so late at night and make up stories. She then says well Thin & Crispy does not come in extra-large. I told her I didn't know that. She kept calling me "dear" which I find so condescending especially during a conflict. I said, I want to speak to the manager about this, she says "I am the manager." Either way, it the responsibility of the staff to clarify which crust the customer is asking for especially if unsure, not just assume it is regular crust. Customer Service means the Customer is always right. Why argue over a $30 pizza (which even costs less wholesale) or risk the customer never coming again and not recommending the business to anyone else and losing more potential business? That is not a smart business move at all. It's better just to make the exchange and keep the customer happy and incur the small loss. So, she eventually changed the pizza after my rant but did not refund me the $10 difference due to her mistake. I apologized to her for my angry behavior but she did not apologize to me nor give me a refund for the difference in the cost (the correct pizza was about $10 cheaper). I will not be back and I would not recommend this place to anyone unless they they learn and properly training staff on how good Customer Service is done in North America. Read moreWorst Dominos ever! It's been 1 hour 30 mins now since I placed my order. I called them to complain and they said that they will give me a free pizza on my next order. I told them the free pizza was not my concern but a cold pizza was since app said that the pizza was out for delivery an hour ago.
That conversation ended 30 mins ago with a promise that they are 5 mins away. I am still waiting. Now it's past midnight and no other places are open either. I can't even sleep and I am waiting on a cold pizza that may or may not come. I am hoping that after all this I don't have to sleep hungry.
Update: called again and they put me on hold for 15 mins and told me the driver is new so will need another 10 mins. It's almost 2 hours now and 1 AM in the morning. I have not eaten anything all day and I have flight in in a few hours. They just took away 2 hours of my sleep, I am getting cold pizza. And their remedy for situation is a credit for next time. I live in the US there will be no next time.

Final Update! Never showed up. I am going to sleep hungry now with only 2 hours of sleep time left. When I called they said they already delivered it to wrong location and hung up on me. I called back and they hung up 2 more times. No apologies or anything. They made me feel like it was my fault and were extremely rude.

Read moreI had worst experience with this Domino's location last night. Ordered 2 large pizzas. The delivery guy left store after 15 minutes as per tracker. No show till 20 minutes after. Called the store, I was told that guy had 2-3 deliveries so might take longer. In fact delivery guy did tried to call me from a private number which are blocked on my cell. Received call from store and they blamed me for not answering my phone. And claiming that guy left voice mail, which he didn't . Guy on the other end did not know how to talk to a customer. I told him that I did called your store and I was assured that pizza will be deliver. Don't know he checked the call log or not but indirectly he told me that I am the one who is lying. I asked why the guy didn't ring door bell and there was no answer. He promised me the he's sending the guy with fresh pizza within 20 mins. This time the guy did called from regular number, but guess what, he's at wrong address. Finally he was the right address with cold pizza which is already out of oven for more than an hour. Since I had the guests over, I had no choice but to pay and get the pizza which I had to warm up. I know people can mistakes, but I would expect some dicency of apologizing.
