Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Toronto

I ordered many times from this place in the past. On this last occasion they accidently gave me thin crust pizzas. No big deal, mistakes happen. I called them and politely explained to them I ordered regular original crust pizza. They confirmed that is what I ordered and it was not a mistake on my part through my online order. Asked them if they could kindly fix this. They kept going back and forth telling me I got what I ordered. I explained very patiently that it was not the original crust they gave me that I order from them all the time and they accidently gave me thin crust pizza.

Now at this point I'm losing my patience. They made a mistake I have been very polite about it but they are denying they made a mistake, they are telling me I'm wrong. I asked for the person's name I was speaking to and once I did that he got all polite and said we would send new pizzas right away. Why did you not just do that in the first place instead of calling me a liar? His name was Sean and he gave me a phone number to Lenard (the store manager) and of course no answer from him. Needless to say I will never order...

1.5 years later: Decided to redeem an award simple 2 topping pizza... wow what a big mistake!!! It was the worst pizza ever, sauce tasted raw & tin-ny, directly from a can; topping were not evenly distributed and the crust was totally uncooked... I think they forgot to bake it!!! Complained on line, Domino states their customers' opinions are important and they will reach out in a few days, it's been 2 week... Their SILENCE is GOLDEN!!! (Can we rate them -3?)

2019 Review Workers attitude needs improvement!!! The lady that took my walk-in order could have been polite in answering my questions. We frequent another location, but have moved into this area, so tried this location. Prices were higher and when I asked her she replied 'because we are better'... oh yeah says who? I have never been charged for substituting topping (no bacon add hot peppers instead) she charged extra and basically indicated if I don't like it I don't have go come again!!! Well they lost me as a customer that's for...

Disappointing experience! I ordered 2 pizzas and chicken bites for friends night in. Upon delivery, noticed one of the pizzas was completely wrong order. Called the location and explained the situation.. they insisted a new pizza will be made ONLY if the wrong pizza was sent back. I was not happy with her rude attitude on the phone and stated ‘you want the pizza we just touched’ but agreed. After 45 minutes, called back to inquire about pizza status, and again with rude tone, she said ‘ we didnt make it since you said you will not return the wrong pizza!’ At this point I was livid and annoyed with her attitude, the kids were hungry and it was 1.5 hours with no pizza. She asked for me to come to store to pick up the correct pizza when the initial order was delivery request. Finally she agreed to make correct pizza order and deliver but repeated multiple times to give back the ‘wrong’ pizza to delivery man. Pizza was delivered late and wrong pizza was collected by driver....
