This used to be one of our favourite spots for quick pizza takeouts! Unfortunately not anymore after our experience on 2/14 (Order no : 198). We placed our order through the Dominos app, as usual, and used one of the coupon that was present in the app. To our surprise, upon arriving at the store, we found that items were missing from the order. Upon showing the order details which clearly showed the items, we were told by the front lady that they wont be able to give the item since the coupon is expired and not valid anymore. When we insisted on revalidating the order details, initially they refused to listen. Finally another person joined her, looked into their system and then the lady curtly told us that they are giving it this time as an one time exception, as if we were asking for some favour and it was not something that we rightfully ordered. Now they told us to wait while they prepare the order for us. We thought everything is all good, and waited for approximately 30 mins outside, and then went back in the store. This time the lady again rudely asked us why did we come once again and told us that we have already received the order! Seemed like we are begging for some food! Never once i felt so insulted an humiliated before! Than all of a sudden the other person came with our item and gave it to us! This whole incident seem like a nightmare inspite of the fact we are not getting free food! Not to mention the extreme unprofessional and rude attitude of the front lady all throughout. Post this, I personally submitted the review with the incident details to the review feedback mail that came and thought that maybe the management will get back to me. Read moreDo NOT order from this location! I order a pizza 3 weeks ago and it came late and cold due to the driver going to the wrong address. He then proceeded to "call me" but when he finally arrived the number in his phone was the wrong number and not mine. I raised this concern with the employee at the store and they didn't want to do anything they gave me so much hassle and trouble after me saying I will be contacting head office they then offered me a free medium pizza. Fast forward to today. I go to redeem my free pizza and as I'm eating the pizza I pull a long black hair out of the crust. SOOOO DISGUSTING!!!! I seen the person who made my pizza, she was not wearing a hair net and the hair in my plate matched her's to a T and she is also the person who gave me so much hassle with my first situation. Knowing this information she deliberately put hair in my food and should not be working in a food chain if she has a nasty attitude and likes to hurt people. I’ve ordered from this Domino’s location multiple times, and every single time has been a frustrating experience. The order status always shows “delivered” way before the pizza actually arrives, often by 15–20 minutes. This is not a one-off issue—it happens every time.
Even though my address and unit number are clearly mentioned, drivers constantly fail to locate it. They waste another 10–15 minutes trying to figure it out, which causes even more delay. When I try to explain the issue, there’s no improvement or accountability.
On top of that, the quality of service is unacceptable. The photo I’ve attached clearly shows the poor condition the pizza arrives in—presentation is terrible and it looks like it was tossed around during delivery.
This level of service is absolutely unacceptable from a well-known brand like Domino’s. Please fix your delivery process, train your staff properly, and stop marking orders as “delivered” when they are...
