Wow! What a disappointment. First of all, the manager was the one taking the orders at the front. And you would think that she knew how to speak slowly in her very strong West Indian(?) accent; we had to ask her to repeat it at least two or three times before we understood. Secondly, she was very rude, curt, and absolutely nothing that we wanted was available. We looked on the Domino's Canada website in order to choose what we wanted to order and 9 out of 10 things were not available for example the flatbread pizza, boneless chicken pieces. I asked the driver who the manager was and he directed me to ask the woman who took our and out right refused to give us her name!!! oh, so the drivers were unprofessional as well. And when all was said and done she forgot our drinks!!! The manager didn't speak any English, wait she did but her accent was so strong and spoke so fast. I'm one of the most understandable people and always like to give people a chance and the benefit of the doubt. In this case, unfortunately, it its not warranted. And when i say uncooked IT WAS RAW AND DOUGH!! Second ; i call to see if i could get a replacement as i am pregnant and i don't think eating bread dough with probably raw egg and ect; in it. But the lady was rude and tried to hang up. So i asked for her manager? THE AUDACITY OF THIS WOMAN TO CHANGE HER VOICE TO TELL ME THEY CANT DO ANY THING! Read moreGood establishment and makes decent pizza but I've ordered carry out twice and both times they've lost my order and kept me waiting in store for close to a full hour. One time they gave me a rebate and the free pizza (the other time just the pizza and I paid for it) but it wasn't worth the amount of time wasted, sitting there hungrily, and being mostly ignored as the staff don't know what happened to your order. The staff are friendly, depending on who you deal with, but in general, they seem really disorganized. The most frustrating part is you'll talk to one person and they'll have no clue what's going on, and after you explain your situation to them, they are nowhere to be found when you want to check in with your order 10 minutes later. Communication seems to be the real issue in this branch and they need to find a more organized system in getting carry out orders sorted. While I was waiting I saw a similar mix up happen to at least 2 other people although they somehow managed to get their orders...
