Fat Bastard Burrito Co. — Restaurant in Toronto

I have been to this place almost every other day as i work very close to this location at Paramount Fine foods. Before my wrap used to be good and the service was good too. But from last few visits the service and the food quality is really bad. Workers have a sleepy faces without any greetings and smiles for their customers. Today i visit the location with my friend around 11pm and we ordered two wraps. There was no one in line before us but still it took almost 20mins for our food to be ready. We asked for chips in our sandwich and the guy just added one single chip in the sandwich.. i mean “seriously”. After that they forget which wrap has what toppings on it and later on one of us get their sandwich but other wrap was still waiting for someone to wrap and toast it. This is not what we are expecting from this place. Please take care of this issue asap. I would really appreciate if somebody would reach us from the management.

I'm a really big fan of Fat Bastard burrito. Fresh wholesome ingredients. Bowl options available (called Naked burrito). You have the options of rice, noodle, or beans. I also like how they dont put cilantro in their pico, but they have cilantro separately for people who want to add it.

The only issue is sometimes the serve making it is very stingy on the toppings; if I am not getting any rice noodles or beans there should be extra given for the veggies. However this is typically not the case and I end up with a thin wrap because I did not put the rice noodles or beans.

Additionally at times when they grill the burrito it is done in such a way that the meat is on one side and the veggies on the other. Ensure the burrito is grilled in a way so that the meat and veggies are in one bite would result in a better...

Attention to detail is so important when dealing with people’s food. I love fatbastard but this is the worst location I have been too. First the burrito making station was gross and looked like it hasn’t been cleaned all day, the toppings did not look appetizing at all but because I love this franchise I followed through to get my burrito, mistake on me.

Burrito wasn’t even wrapped into a burrito it wasn’t even like she tried and it unraveled it was just a lack of effort all together plus u work at a burrito shop you should be able to wrap a burrito.

Rice was hard and cold, chicken was cold, tomatoes were soggy lettuce was limpy!
