Me and my girlfriend went to get food here after school. Weāve had far bastardās before and both enjoy our regular orders, but we took a minute to think if we wanted to try something new, but we didnāt. After we ordered they said that āNew customers donāt know that there is more than ground beef and pulled pork (what we ordered) and we have other thing besides what you guys gotā. They assumed this was our first time, which is a no. Anyways we get to what we want on our burrito and they spoke so fast we could barely hear what they said. The one employee that was doing my burrito gave me this very judgemental stare accompanied by a long silence. WHY ARE YOU JUSGING MY ORDER, this discourages me from coming back to your establishment ever again. You should not be judging what people are ordering, keep you comments for later, we just wanted our burritos, thatās it, we did not need anything else. AND HERE IS WHAT I COULD NOT BELIEVE. When we finally got our food and got back to our place to eat, THEY SWAPPED OUR ORDERS, they put the pulled pork she wanted on my burrito and the ground beef I wanted on her burrito. Then they give schedule so that Studnet donāt leave the job. As the Studnet start first day of the shift, the old employees working in store harass the new comer and say them to go home. This is not the end, the owner says to new employees not to go home, he will come and solve the matter. He shows sympathy that he will give shifts, donāt worry, my I canāt say anything to old employees, please understand my situation, I will give u shifts, donāt leave my store.
Then after first day of shift they donāt say anything. When a newcomer is getting ready for second shift, they just drop them a message that they canāt give shifts and will compare the speed of new employee with four month old people working there. Which does not make any sense. If you are not satisfied with speed then why do you give them shifts?? They just plan to give hard time to new comers.
I do not have option to give 0 or negative stars to them, otherwise I would have given them negative stars. My advice is to every new comer is that sit home and enjoy instead of going at this place for search for work. You will get stress and mental pressure at this place.
