Subway @ 5091 Sheppard Ave. East — Restaurant in Toronto

This place is never ready for their customers. Even after giving them two visit i return disappointed with a feeling they express like “Never return back and we will never have everything we show on our menu”. Upon my First visit when i asked for my fav bread the guy tells me on my face that they don’t have it and can’t bake it and I understand close to closing time some restaurants might not prefer to bake fresh but it was 7 PM and this location is open till late. This time i asked them to grill my sandwich and the person is like they don’t switch griller on even its working because they are providing limited service this days. Don’t know what kind of service is it. On top of that they don’t have all the veggies too to offer. Seriously this was my last visit to this place and i feel bad for the owner. Not sure if Subway is going bankrupt or the business as a whole isn’t doing so well well but let me tell you the amount of free subs I have gotten from them from various locations throughout Scarborough at least… I ordered from this location at 8:30pm today; September 14, 2023 and got a full refund because…. I ordered a white chocolate cookie, Doritos, Sweet Chicken Teriyaki 6 inch with double meat, spinach, banana peppers, Jalapeño peppers, black and green olives, monetary Jack cheese, sweet onion sauce, buffalo sauce pickles and EXTRA PICKLES. I recently visited this subway with my friend to buy veggie delight, and i asked for the promotion going on for potato rings and 20oz fountain drinks, they said they are not participating in it, even i do have coupon QR for that, now my question is how can you guys decide that you are participating in that or not? The headquarter is running the promotional coupon till april 13 than why you guys refusing the customers to use that.
