Update: Staff sometimes stand in the kitchen and don't greet you at the counter... Instead they try to take your order from the kitchen, and surprise surprise, they messed up my last order because they were too lazy to take the order at the counter where they are supposed to be.
Chicken is questionable quality and their chicken tenders are small and very salty.
Update: I placed an online order, and arrived when the website said to, which gives the store ample time to prepare... But when I got there they didn't even start preparing my order because they were busy with walk in orders. What's the point of ordering in advance if they aren't ready? Was on a busy schedule and lost time here because of the disorganization.
Update: Open for takeout during state of emergency (COVID-19) and pretty fast at completing walk in orders unless its the lunch rush. Pretty strict social distancing protocols in place here.... Unless it's busy, then...

The next day I spoke to someone at the store about a refund and explanation and they had attitude and hung up! I had to call customer service and all they did was put in a ārequest for a refundā. I called back the store today, asking for a manager, following up on my money and again was met with attitude. I asked the manager what they would āwant as a solution if this happened to themā and they said they ādonāt know.ā I said āsir Iām looking for some empathy. No one called to cancel the order. You still have my money. Thatās not fair.ā This horrible excuse for a human said āI donāt have empathy. This is a franchise!ā Who says that!?!?! Give me back my money right now KFC. Warning donāt eat here or any other location. They donāt value you, your money...

As I asked politely for her to keep her mask on, she answers defensively, "It is hot back here, I can't breathe... My mask keeps slipping off." š Hey, I totally get it, but for the sake of her health (and others), maybe preparing food in a hot environment isn't the best role for this woman. Perhaps try the role as a cashier away from the heat? Then she adds rudely, "What would happen if we lift the mask restrictions?" (I was about to ask her, "What would happen if I was a food health inspector?" but didn't bother) I answered plain and simple, "I'm not coming back then". No answer, no objections, no apology, just rude and ignorant. If there are other customers who are health/safety cautious especially during these times, I'm warning you: don't come to this location!
