Amazing service! From the moment we walked in, the owner was very welcoming and helpful in suggestions. I was considering the cinnamon panino until she sold me on the description of it: two cinnamon buns are pressed/grilled together with your choice of ice cream flavour for the inside. After the warm sandwich comes out of the press, it is topped with powdered sugar and your choice of caramel or chocolate sauce. I chose the almond pistachio ice cream and topped it with caramel sauce and paired it with a green tea. It was delicous to say the least! After enjoying the side walk chair and table set-up outside the store front, the owner came back out to collect our dishes and asked us for our feedback. She was extremely polite and friendly. The washroom is very spacious and clean, which is a very welcome feature. The seating was a little on the tight side on the inside of the cafe due to the wide variety of freshly baked pastries spread out on their counter which isn't necessarily a bad thing as most customers were regulars and grabbing on-the-go. The philosophy wall added a nice touch to the play-on name of the cafe. I will definitely be going back and recommend it...

I have been a frequent visitor to Filosophy, and with each visit, I find myself more enamored by the experience they offer. From the moment you step in, you're greeted with warmth and hospitality that sets the tone for a delightful time ahead.

The service at Filosophy is nothing short of impeccable. The staff are always welcoming (especially the owner), attentive, and ready to assist with any inquiries or recommendations. Whether you're a regular or a first-time visitor, you're treated with the same level of care and professionalism!

Now, onto the main highlight – the pastries and drinks. Filosophy truly excels in both aspects. Their pastries are a delightful indulgence, with each bite bursting with flavor and freshness. From classic croissants to innovative pastries, there's something to cater to every palate.

If you're looking for a place that combines amazing food, excellent coffee, and top-notch service, look no further than Filosophy. Whether it's a quick coffee stop or a leisurely brunch, this place never disappoints. I can't recommend it highly enough – do yourself a favor and pay them a visit. You...

This is a very cute spot near my work and I often invite friends to meet up here after a shift. It's always been interesting to me to see some Middle Eastern pastries and flavours here as it is not something I often see in downtown cafes (not specific to a particular cuisine).

So far everything I've had has been quite yummy, from coffees and iced teas to parties and salads. I like the seating in the nook by the window but I have a couple of thoughts about the space itself (hence the four stars). My only sincere complaint is about space. The area where you line up to get coffee is quite cramped and inaccessible. When you order at the cash and are ready to leave, you often have to squeeze through the folks behind you and if you've made a bigger order or have any kind of bags on you, it can be tricky. I've also noticed they don't have much counter space for setting drinks on once they're ready.

Apart from this, it's quite cute space and will continue coming and inviting...

I randomly passed by this Cafe while I was strolling in this beautiful weather. The cafe's exterior interior looked so great so I was drawn inside. Its interior design was as good as outside or even better. It welcomed me with some cool graphics, texts and other elements as well as so many mouth-watering foods. The server/barrista welcomed me warmly and guided me through my first time by giving me recommendations. I ordered a beef pie, pistachio baklava and pistachio latte. All three of them were so good. Especially that Pistachio Baklava was one of the best things I have ever eaten. The taste was heavenly almost. Come to Filosophy and enjoy the nice weather with some good food and drink!

I recently had the most amazing mocha latte; it was truly the best I've ever tasted. The dessert selection was also impressive, with so many tempting treats to choose from. I especially enjoyed the bubblegum-flavored blue macaroon – it was such a fun and delicious surprise! The service was excellent, and the server was very friendly and efficient. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great coffee and dessert experience!
